Hi I have a 2014 fiat freemont just wondering what in the running temperature because every morning before I start my car my temperature is sitting on 40 It doesn't matter how long the car sits but last week the temperature was at 20 before I start the car now it has increased to 40 and I just have to drive 3 kmeters and it's up to 96ﾟbut if I am sitting in traffic not moving I have seen it as high as 103 as soon as I put my air conditioner on it drops down to between 92to95 The bonnet is hot to touch and you can feel the heat from the motor I'm just wondering do I have a bad sensor

Hello, love the videos. I have a 2013 Journey Crew, live in Miami, Florida, hot weather, I have both gauges you show on this video and for a few weeks they go almost to high , then back to 246 or so on the digital and the needle moves same. Is it the thermostat or so I need to flush the radiator or is it the radiator? The car has 154,000 miles. I want to be proactive and not wait to get stranded. Thank you for your reply.

Hey guys do yall know why my 2017 dodge journey sxt would be slightly over heating after 20 of driving? Doesn’t over heating when idling or warming up. But it will after 20 mins of driving having a hard time and been like this for a few weeks any help is good.

mine goes to 228 before it kicks on and cools off. the part that worries me is that the oil temp will get over 200 as well

My thermometer says 180 when driving from San Francisco to Oakland about 30 minutes. I scanned my car and I have A Code of P0128. Is it the thermostat that's bad or could it possibly be something else?

The code P0128 - Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature means that the engine does not reach expected temperature after running for sufficient time, or in other words, it takes too long to warm up. Often this code causes the Check Engine light to come on and off in cold temperatures.

Question! I know this video is a bit old but I just wanted to say thank you for your help with the o2 sensors and battery!! Now to my question. My HVAC system wasn't working right (stuck on defrost) , I figured it was the blend door actuator, during the battery replacement I also replaced the engine air filter and my HVAC system worked properly after! So why does the dodge journey do that? It seems like if there's a "noticable" problem, it may not be so obvious.
