I have a 2011 RAM 2500 and the turn signals, running lights and puddle lights do not work. Does this kit make it so all of that works? It didn’t come from the factory with tow mirrors , I installed them myself. Thanks!

This kit will get the running light working. To get the puddle and turn signals working you will need to have some sales codes turned on. We offer a tool for 2013+ vehicles, but not 2012 & older. Reach out to our team at 765-831-2830 or [e-mail] for further guidance.

Does this work for the fancier mirrors with the LEDs at the bottom for white paddle lights and orange turn signals? The non tow mirrors with power fold, auto dim, and heating.

Just hooked everything up and only have running lights no turn signal or puddle lights anything I could’ve done wrong for this to happen? Got a 2014 ram 2500 slt

In order for the signal and puddle to work you must originally have signal and puddle. If you don't, you need to have sales codes LEB and LEC enabled at the dealer. Email [e-mail] for further guidance.

Can you just connect the orange power lead to the ambient lit door handles inside the door panel instead of running through the door ? Only want mirror running lights on when lights are on.

Other customers have done that with our 1.0 harness, but we haven't tested it. The ambient lit door handles are on the dimmer circuit so it should certainly work if you have the interior lights turned up, but it may not work properly if you dim the interior lights down a considerable amount.

I bought this unit but I maybe returning it. I should have asked a question before buying it. How close is it to the regular cab lights on the roof for brightness? If the tow mirror running lights are brighter than the cab lights, I will be returning it.

The brightness of the lights will depend on the specs of the lights that are inside your mirrors currently. We have a 1.0 & a 2.0 version of the kit. The 1.0 version will have a dimmer running light. Please contact [e-mail] with any further questions

How do i install this harness on a 2012 1500? I dont have the same plug in the dash as you. And my truck never had turn signals on the mirrors.

You mention that extra butt connector for other applications. Out of curiosity, what are these other applications??

I know this was a long time ago I have the 2017 1500 with the towing mirrors the abmber signals only go on when I use my blinker. Stock I just want to use them is amber running lights *not turn signals anymore* how do I do that.?

Sorry, we don't have an upgrade for running lights only. You would need to do the signal and running light shown in this video.

No 2016 trucks come factory with the running lights; you will need to add in this kit with the orange wire for running light in order to gain the running light feature this kit adds.

Hi ! I got a Ram 1500 2017 , with tow mirror ! The dealer have alrrady program my Flashing light ! If i buy your kit i only have to install it and after that my mirror lights will always be on when I drive at night? Because its what i want :P

I have a 2012, If i tapped into the running light behind my headlight knob, would your harness still make the turn signals work? or is that something that would have to get flashed?

Turn signals require flashing - our harness only adds the running light.

We do not have a kit for fourth gen style mirrors on third gen trucks. We do offer mirrors for 3rd gens with this kit pre-installed, but don't have a way to upgrade other companies mirrors at this time.
