If we are running a six man rotation we will only have 7 bullpen slots. Out of that bullpen ATM we have Yates, Scott, Phillips, Trienen and Kopech who are all closers, add Vesia, Banda, Graterol and Brasier who are all set up men. Hmm who are our long relievers, May, Gonsolin and Knack? I am a bit concerned. I love that we have a better ratio of righties and lefties and different arm slots and delivery points because of height and wingspan's but no durable and reliable long relievers worries me

It's the very same loophole he & his rich friends enjoy. Maybe the tax law needs to change or how it's done. Over here we have the working majority who have all their taxes calculated every week/fortnight/monthly pay & its deducted at source & sent to the taxman. Yet we have the rich people here who use loopholes to hide their money off shore so it can't be taxed. As a politician it's his job to close the loopholes that all his donors happily use & i bet their are several billions of dollars hidden by his friends. He could ask Musk & Zuckerberg for a donation...

Becker is looking at it as glass half-empty. He is missing the glass half-full part. The salary not deferred is paid to California that if not induced to sign here with a deferred would have gone to another state or to a state without state taxes. A glass half-full is far better than an Empty-Glass. Becker needs to focus on how to not have to spend more of other people's money and be happy with what he takes.
