Porsche master tech here, make your own badge alignment tool from blue tape. Use the 991rs to make the template so you know itll be perfect. Just triple layer the tape so it comes off together and doesnt separate at all.

It will fade back out pretty quick maybe a few months. I've used a few of the basic ones (meguiers, chemical guys, etc) You need to get stuff with actual dye back in. I have also used the torch method where you quickly run a heat guy or torch over it and it brings the oils to the surface. Works for awhile but fafes out too

@@902_MK7R B-is for build, was making an Elinor, the design was had a copy-write. He received a cease and desist. The Parent company of this design very well could file a copy-write to this design. There could be potential ramifications. It’s messy.. I wouldn’t want that on my hands or mind. It was already banned from SEMA for show and display. Giving it away, maybe the only solution to this car.. I dunno.. I just wouldn’t want any potential legal conflicts driving it around.

When I replaced the GT3 emblem for my 997.2 the letters and number were already perfectly spaced on a paper backed holder. All you have to do is center and level it. The Porsche emblem should be the same, but I can't speak from experience. My car doesn't come with Porsche written on the rear deck lid. When you purchase this it should be pictured so you can see the spacing.
