There may be a case for evolving in the future an acceptable scope for somewhat narrowly defined vigilante justice. This would be applicable to instances when the constitutionally and socially determined responsible institutions simply do not work, perhaps because of agency capture, lobby corruptive influence and political pressure, all of which btw play a role in the non-indictment of many rich and influential people who have ruined lives of others thru unpunished, even unlitigated economic or pedophilic crime-

Also, when you book an arrestee into jail the corrections officer does a body search and all of the personal effects are inventoried and retained until their release. If they have contraband in their possession then extra charges are added.. Example bringing a weapon or narcotics into correctional facility is added charge…

Today the lawyer for Luigi had a press conference and claims his client wants to plead not guilty Breaking news it’s a ledge that he had $8000 US currency in $2000 foreign currency, but now the defense is saying that the money was planted by the police. He said “I don’t know where the money came from”

There is a famous case regarding affluenza, Ethan Couch case Where he mowed down 4 people.

The legal information was interesting in this presentation. As to the issue of the procedural point of whether the cops had the right to leaf through his manifesto or not given that his bag was not within his reach they DA could claim that they had a fear that the bag could contain an explosive device that could pose a threat to the public but then they should have called in a bomb disposal unit. If a mental condition was invoked how could one explain the meticulous preparation? The 1985 Clive Ponting case in England could be interesting in relation to jury nullification; Ponting clearly violated the Official Secrecy Act but was acquitted because the jury considered that his actions during the Falkland's war had been in the public^s interest.

Investigators should look more into his back injury from surfing. It sounds like he couldn’t get pain management or surgery cuz insurance denied it. I’ve been a chronic pain patient since 1986. It does something to you. He said he’d never have a normal life because of his pain. He mentioned specifically not being able to have sex. In his mind, it was forever. I can imagine a patient who’s young, healthy, fit, no obvious injuries - doctors could easily think he just wants drugs. He did other drugs, mind altering drugs, seeking relief. The dark energies he encountered wouldn’t help his mindset. And I think 26 is about when schizophrenia shows up. I think it’s insanity.
