I'm a very fair looking guy. Got addicted to drinking coffee for 6 months straight. Ever since i began drinking coffee, My skin tone became darker & i got lots of wrinkles. My skin looked lifeless. I just cut out coffee & after 30 days my skin started to glow, wrinkles gone. Skin is very hydrated & younger :) also 2x stronger Hair growth.

I just figured out today my trigger for acne was coffee. I woke up this morning with only 1 small pimple and tonight I had 14 new cyst pimples and tons of small bumps along with Red skin. I used to drink coffee all the time and had no idea it was what was triggering my acne. Since I started eating less I wasn't drink any coffee until today. And boom my skin was red

I am considering cutting out coffee for my health. How do you deal with caffeine withdrawals? (I am a full time college student in a lot of difficult stem classes)
@brittanykeller10864 жыл бұрын
I loved drinking coffee (but only had 1 a day). My anxiety was almost unbearable for years. Often times I was in fight or flight mode with butterflies and a racing heart, even when I was worried about absolutely nothing. I never thought it was from the coffee until I stopped drinking it when I started traveling and my anxiety became so much more manageable. Now I drink a green tea in the morning to get a little bit of caffeine and if I’m craving a coffee I just have decaf. The decaf does have a small effect on me but so small in comparison to a regular cup.

100%! I had a very similar realisation - anxiety is a huge part. I found that even though having a coffee at the start of the work day would make me more productive, it would also make me more anxious of business decisions and whether I was progressing fast enough and all of that fun stuff... haha Glad you've found an alternative that works for you! :)

Especially on my chin & cheek area 😭💀 I always have a cup of coffee every single morning, it’s become a part of my daily routine! ☕️ I’m almost 30 & my skin has never been this bad before… I’m going to try to give up coffee for a week & see if I notice any difference in my skin. 🙌🏼 Thank you for this video! I'll be doing a video on reducing stress soon and my ebook coming out next month will explain your cycle and hormones and teach you how to listen to your body and make your hormones happy :)

I used to drink coffee everyday, but I now try to only drink it every few days and most of the time I pick decaf coffee and not caffeinated. Always with almond, coconut or macadamia milk. Do you think decaf is okay or do you still think the acidity has an effect? I do love at least having a cup of earl grey a day (or sometimes two or three)! I have heard that tea is slower releasing though? Do you think one a day still has an effect like coffee? Xx
@MadisonDohnt4 жыл бұрын
That's awesome! I definitely have to do more research on the acidity effect. For the most part, the caffeine, milk and sugar will play the biggest role. How do you find the taste of macadamia milk? I'll have to try it! I've heard multiple times that tea has more caffeine than coffee but I personally don't feel it at all. Again, something to do more research on I guess and just listen to your body xx
@Chloe-nq7mn4 жыл бұрын
Madison Dohnt I love macadamia milk! Only very few cafes use it, but I think it’s naturally a bit creamer and sweeter... without as many additives or sugar! I’ll sometimes buy the Macmilk from Coles to make coffee or tea from home as well. Thank you! Tea something I might need to trial and error with a bit more to see if it has an effect

This is a myth. Soy has been vilified in the early 2000s by studies showing that soy disrupted male hormones in mice, these effects were never demonstrated in humans. While still debated, newer studies show that the phytoestrogens in soy actually block estrogen absorption, by taking up their place in our body’s estrogen-receptors. Results of recent population studies suggest that soy has either a beneficial or neutral effect on various health conditions.
