Very nice video David! I get your struggles, at day everything is moving much more haha. I also enjoy going out at night, but at least now where I am it is not that impressive at night. Even tho you say you are taking average pictures, I think those are great and you are being a little bit too hard on yourself :) you are great!. Love those videos, and that spot is amazing! I bet there are all sorts of crazy-looking bugs there. Cheers

🙈🤩 Thank you so much for your kind words, Santi! That spot would be great for night photography. It's far from me and security is poor at night, but I'm seriously considering doing a couple of night shoots there once I get things set. Glad to hear you enjoy going out at night too.

A very interesting video! 🤩 With that heat and those mosquitos it's so freaking hard too... But that nature though 🤩 Your macro video shots are very beautiful! Day photography is often also so hard because of the direct sunlight, when you're out in the open... every shot looks so overly bright 😬 Ever since you recommended me to do so, I try (whenever I've the opportunity) to go out at night. And oh boy...these are different animals and especially different sizes once night has fallen 😁

Well, kind of also depends on the subjects you're shooting. For jumping spiders, it's easier to find them in the day

You're right! Also, did you know I'm very poor at photographing jumping spiders? It's why I really appreciate it when I see others have good shots of it. Thank you so much 🤗!

@@abcdee_david Agreed!! Jumping spiders are indeed difficult to stack. Single shots are pretty ok though, sometimes it helps that they move around quite a bit to get some interesting compositions!

Uhhh. Damn David... I did really enjoy watching this vodeo. 😄💪👌 It's sooo interesting seeing you "in Action" / behind the scenes. And I needed to smile several times... I bet the manti-picture could have been great... or this very beautiful moth 😄😉 Sorry in case I'm not up to date but... are you planning to do such kind of a night-shooting video? (on a safe place... 😉❤️)

😂😁🤩 So so glad to hear you enjoyed watching the video! 😂 It was a fun day outside and I hoped I had cooler pictures. The mantis shot was too basic for me and the butterfly didn't wait for me to get a photo 😂. Yes, I plan to do a night version soon at a safe place. That's gonna show the true me when I'm out at night 👀😂🤗. Thank you so much for this very exceptional comment, Melanie 🤗.
