If anyone cares, Nuzlocke comes from the comic that first popularized the challenge. The author kept making Lost jokes and drew his Nuzleaf with the face of John Locke which people thought was funny so the challenge ended up being called Nuzlocke after it.

I always see mid twenty or late twenty year olds posting or talking about how they're too old, and tired or their body is aching and I get sometimes it does feel that way. But this is one of those things that if you keep thinking that way, of course you're going feel that way. I see plenty of people in their 30's who still are doing things if not more than younger people but they do make the life change to get healthier and exercise. You don't even need to get ripped or even build muscle tone, but if you just stay in shape you find you have more energy and better outlook on the things you want to do. It also does come with time management as well, as you can't be partying as much or drinking as much or playing video games etc. things you may have over done in your teens or twenties. Once you start prioritizing yourself and things in your life you can find you may be able to manage these things.

This totally looks like a Tonal commercial XD But seriously, great topic for today's episode. I started going to the gym, and for 3 months I was consistent, but didn't see any change. Now I'm struggling to go. From 4 times a week, I now go maybe 2 times. It's VERY hard for me to get motivated by things, because of my depression and anxiety. Sometimes I struggle to get up from bed. This episode was very interesting for me, thank you. I will try.

Kinda crazy that this episode came out the day that i went to the hospital to get some particular muscle spasem and numbness checked out. 9 days of my health rapidly declining and a ton of testing later i find out I also have MS, had no idea kayla had it but it makes me hopeful that things can get better with treatment. Can't imagine what this would all cost if i was in the states or if it would be this fast figuring shit out, but 2 days out of 5 treatments done so i hope it makes things better

The Try Guys was because it was an employee. So there's the power imbalance plus opening the company up to legal complications and risking the livelihoods of everyone there. The John Mulaney thing I think a lot of people were a little disappointed that he said he was clean and was lying, and just some weirdness about the relationship timing. But I don't know. I think his is completely recoverable with time.

I coach wrestling and I always tell my wrestlers, doing something is better than doing nothing. Incremental progress. Not everyone has time to put in an hour long workout after work/school/chores/getting kids ready for bed. But do you have time to do one pushup? Do you have time to do a sit up? One is better than none. Start the habit.

I looked up Troy on IMDB and did not see anything related to Sonic in his credits. I remember when the LG Chocolates came out. I had a standard LG flip phone.

So, around the topic of canceling people who cheated I'd say it all depends on the situation. Generally, if you're a content creator who's built your brand around either being in a couple with someone, or having a strong moral compass and you cheat, then yeah, people should know that the brand you're presenting is not accurate as you're a person of influence, and therefore can be someone people look up to. I do think it's odd that people who don't watch a group's content hops on the "cancel train" like with Try Guys where it felt like 3x the amount of people who were in their audience joined in to cancel Ned. Like, if the drama is not about someone you've ever interacted with or who's content you've consumed, then you really don't need to fan the flames since you're coming across as a "Thoughts and prayers" type of person.

This is strictly about cheating, not about legally doing anything reprehensible. If someone commits a crime or uses hate speech, then you should make it known to brands that if they're willing to condone those actions by sponsoring them, that you're not going to buy from them anymore.

I love that Michael will NOT let Griff interrupt or talk over him like they are pone to do. Let people finish their damn story or thought before swooping in with an inane comment or quip that's not needed. Griff is awesome when they let people finish speaking.

I don’t want people cancelled for cheating on their SO’s, but I will also never support that person again - personally. Personal history and just general feeling that’s one of the worst things you can do to somebody you supposedly love or care for.

I get what Barb means about canceling someone for cheating. It's a dick move don't get me wrong and no one should do it but there are greater offenses out there. I think the Try Guy used company funds to take his side chick on vacations so that made his situation way worse. If anythings it might be telling of who they are as a person so maybe just don't hype them up as much.

Try different physical activities. I feel like everything in media and advice you get is about the gym but it shouldn't. I got really fit by mostly cycling and climbing trees, and also taking walks to the places I like. I hate the gym and that's how I still am really fit without doing gym type stuff. And also not owning a car helps, fuck cars.

Love when people talk about the Try Guys situation and don't actually understand the full story. Yes cheating is wrong and yes it ruined the brand but the real problem was that he cheated with an employee. It was an imbalance of power and violated company policies.

Unpopular opinion: Michael is very triggering. He interrupts the others alot and speaks over them alot. Hes very funny and quirky but he seems kinda attention grabby. Idk. Im sorry, No hate just sucks to see. I can see alot of people here like him.
