I can't use this thing more than 5 minutes before it crashes my DAW. Best sounding amp sim I've heard, but can't seem to keep it from frying my i7 processor.

imo Obsolete is one of the greatest metal albums ever made, back when it came out it literally changed the way i thought heavy should sound and i still listen to it to this day. bought this plugin, it's absolutly awesome, especially if you like this type of guitar tone.

The DI match works wonderfully for me cos I have cheap guitars with muddy weak sounding pickups, this helps my DI to have a more polished EQ curve before it hits the amp, I know I can use an EQ plugin for the DI but this is faster for my workflow 🤷🏻‍♂️

Design is one of the things that almost made me buy the plugin! I really like Fear Factory and used to have nostalgia of the times and industrial bouquet of metal too. The plugin sounds pretty good and polished even from the start, but I think I'm a masochist type of guy who likes more raw tones to polish them myself :D Thanks for the video!

That plugin is a must-have to me. Yet, I don't like the embedded cab simulations, they don't feel "right" to me. Neither is the chorus, not the way I like it to sound. As for the suitar string modes, there are audible differences, mostly when using the "Replica" amp. If you check 6str/E2, 7str/A1 and 7str/E1, you'll notice a change in the way the amp responses to the guitar, with a shift towards mid/lows on 7 and 8-string modes.

It's the way my ears are translating the sound. Idk if its the youtube compression and it's def not you cause you know what you're doing. As a matter a fact. I bought the randy solidus and use your preset as the basis for my guitar tone. But this...just sounds primitive. And not in a good way. Like an early metal guitar vst/line6 pod setting.

In my expderience, this thing absolutely does suck. Tones are either thin and tinny or muddy and without any clarity. Hardly sounds like Dino's tone.
