I'm half Moroccan half German and I always get told I look like Princess Jasmine. There's also a German rapper with Moroccan roots called Namika and I've also been told that I look like her. One time when we were watching the movie Renaissance Man my dad also said that the character Stacey Dash was playing looks like me. He said the same thing about Sofia Coppola while watching The Godfather 3, but I think that was mainly because of the long dark hair and the face shape, my skin is darker than hers and my nose is also different.

I don’t get told that I look like anyone but my mom 😂. I only get assumptions of my race…black and something or that I’m beautiful in general. I just don’t have a comparable celebrity that jumps out at people when they notice me. I have been mistaken as an actual celebrity. In other words, I’ve been moved to the best seats in the audience to the point performers where told to look and pay attention to me just in case I was someone important or people ran up to my mother and I and asked if we were famous. I’m humble so it’s always bizarre when I got cute for myself and others put me on a pedestal I didn’t expect.

I think this is why so many BW went to bat over Francesca Amewudah-Rivers being cast as Juliet in the West End London play. Some people confuse me because I have been told I look like some people I clearly do not. I have been told I look like Naomi Campbell, Zendaya, Lauryn Hill, and Beyonce. I've gotten Tia and Tamera multiple times and they make it clear that it was just when they were younger. I've noticed that I only get compared to them when I'm wearing type 1 hair. Sade is my celebrity inspo. To compliment what you are saying, when I have long hair it looks better on me just like it does on Sade. I cut my hair short because Zoe Kravitz inspired me, but although we have the same skin complexion I look a lot like Sade so it just doesn't look right. Growing my hair out now. I consider myself a black woman but with mixed ancestry.my hair natural hair color is brunette and i turns ginger in the sun do to irish blood line.i also have 4c hair which is from my Nigerian heritage and i s relaxed it for manage ability and my mom looks like a chocolate native indian which were part indigenous with very strong features and jet black fine hair. Im also mixed with south east Asian and have very small feet, tiny eyes... im just glad i look pretty and my beauty is considered socially popular even though im not white blonde with blue eyes im still a fine woman to look at!
