Its funny too because i think some people cant make the association that healthy means pretty. So trying to be pretty is “shallow” BUT you necessarily will become prettier by being healthy. Many people don’t realize that just getting out and walking a few times per week, maybe doing some 15 minute yoga in the morning or evening, can easily rebalance your hormones, leading to easier fat loss. You don’t have to work hard to not be obese. You don’t even have to look like a model, just losing 20lbs can instantly level you up. Just walking in a hilly neighborhood for 30-60 minutes can significantly tone your calves and thighs. Yoga can really strengthen your core, leading to less back problems. The list goes on. Just a few small changes can change your entire life. Can’t work out everyday? Work out 2-3 times per week! When i started getting back into shape i was only working out 1-2 times per week and within only a couple months my body was regaining all the strength i lost from years of stagnation. People love making excuses. Just skipping breakfast and working out 2-3 times per week could change your life.

The holes in the leggings really sent me. The flashbacks literally made me get up and go walk. So I work for a nonprofit and I do physical training/nutrition plans on the side. Very blessed, and financially stable. Before I was very overweight and broke. I always blamed my job, the "system", my genetics. When we all got sent home for quarantine, I took that as free time to actually meal prep and walk. I still remember very clearly after the first month being confused because I had an extra 300$ in my checking account - I even asked my man if he sent me money lol. But It was literally extra money that I wasn't spending on work lunch, eating out on the weekend, drinks, and junk food. I was also fasting. its a lot cheaper to buy food for one meal a day than thinking about breakfast, lunch dinner, and snacks (its all a scam) I used the extra money to save and I allowed myself treats every pay check that WAS NOT food like: lashes, skin care products, massage, spa treatments and cute workout fits. The weight loss and extra money really did help me improve my overall look and quality of life. I felt cute, confident, and well taken care of. Ofc my man would pay or buy me stuff, but the fact that I was able to do it myself regardless, is powerful. I still have the same job, and I've only got a 2$ raise since then. But I am no longer broke because I was able to save and invest in myself in ways I couldn't before because I was literally just eating my money away. Going out partying and drinking all the time just to get some attention or "have fun" is also expensive. that's why I like hanging out with gym girls who go on hikes or go for walks at the park to "hang out" instead of a bar or restaurant. Whenever you try to talk to people about this they get so defensive. I challenge you to simply not order out for a month and eat the same breakfast with coffee and dinner with water. YES, JESUS THAT SOUNDS SO BORING, but... will you care at the end of the month if you have an extra 300-500? (or even more) and you lost weight? Side note about being "bored" eating the same thing every day. I am not saying that when you meal prep it needs to be boring, but it is much cheaper and less time consuming to make simple meals that don't have hella ingredients and steps. If you meal prep taco bowls and you go to the fridge and think "I wish I had something else instead" that is NOT hunger, that is a craving. You want that dopamine hit from a certain food or experience, you're not actually hungry. If you were hungry, you would eat that taco bowl. This is why I like fasting because by the time I'm at my eating window, the meal prepped food sounds fire because I've done a fasted workout and I've been at work all day. Sometimes I'll have a "lazy" day and it'll be 6pm and I realize I forgot to eat, because I was painting, gaming, or enjoying life not really worried about food. Sometimes, I'll just stay fasted or have a light dinner. But now that I understand what hunger is, I REFUSE to force myself to eat unless I am lifting heavy trying to build muscle for a competition or event.

Thank you Exotical for embrace being skinny. Thank you for coaching us to lose weight. It’s really, really becoming harder & harder to find the message of being thin & healthy. If I would advise any girl don’t gain weight. I have learned that it’s harder to lose weight than to maintain a slim physique. I felt like I was digging my own grave & I was not always fat. It’s different when you just have 20lbs to lose instead of 200. And it feels like climbing out & the more weight the deeper the ditch. I remember my legs 🦵 used to hurt All the time. Now I can walk 7 miles no problem. The other horrible reality about being fat is people especially in America want you to stay fat. When I was losing at a fast rate when I worked in the office kept pushing candy, cake, donuts etc until they stopped because I kept saying no.

I am now back down to a size where i am just “fat” (down 50lbs and about 85 more to my goal weight) , and although i have a lot more weight to loose, im so grateful that i am able to just LIVE like a normal person and do regular things (fit in my car, walk any small distance easily, find clothes easier, being able to stand in the shower and reach to shave my legs… yes it was THAT bad) although some of the weight gain was not 100% my fault I still had to take 100% responsibility in getting my health back. Trust me, ladies you never ever ever want to get that big. It is not fun in anyway and now I am having to work twice as hard to look half as good because my stomach is never going to look the same , and I’m going to have to pay for some surgeries at some point. no I don’t have a hanging skin or anything like that but just the flabbiness it’s just gross. it’s never gonna be the same without surgery. Same with my boobs, bc most of my weight was held in my lower stomach and breasts. At my worst i could not sit up from a laying position without help or using force, bc my stomach was in the way, like a pregnant lady. 😐Im sharing all this because i NEVER thought that it could happen to me, and it did. Not only will you lose weight fast, you will do so without the headache of dieting, calorie counting, meal prepping, etc. And because you are saving so much money on food you will have money to buy a new wardrobe or whatever. And the time saved on grocery shopping, cooking and cleaning the kitchen can be used for working out, learning a new skill or starting a business. Just started the video, 5’4, 152 pounds hourglass and my goal weight is 130. Since I’ve been on my deficit I literally spend £60-£80 on groceries a month, meat, fruit and veggies, literally. (Not including restaurants/coffee shop). I definitely plan on maintaining 1200/1400 calorie intake even when I reach my goal weight because the amount of money saved being disciplined is crazy.

Groceries are expensive.. however, my grocery bill is lowkey cheaper making meals from scratch. I bought 5 pound bag of potatoes for about $4 and was able to make hashbrowns for breakfast, French fries, mashed potatoes, and baked potato. That’s 4 different things for $4. When you’d have to pay $4 for a bag of frozen fries, $4 for frozen breakfast potatoes. So, indeed it is cheaper to eat healthier. Also, I recently had cravings and ate onion rings and fried chicken 3 days in a row and my face broke out in 3 zits. It is a choice to look how you look. Bad food makes you round and crater faced.

😆 🤣 😂 I fell out from the title of this video. I literally live by this statement. I refuse to be fat because it just looks so expensive. The bigger you are the more material is needed. Plus when you eat healthy, you train ur tummy to stay flat. Plus overweight ppl are Extremely miserable. Overweight ppl eventually lose the fat when they realize social media doesn't promote it. Its the "Act like im happy " but cry alone attitude i can't stand. Its difficult to be honest with themselves. Great Video EU! You're always spot on! ❤

I’m plus size and I make effort to eat healthier fresh food that’s prepared at home but the older big women keep eating out like Popeyes chicken and biscuits. I’m glad that I enjoy fruit and salads at least. It would be harder losing weight if I didn’t.

I wonder how many fat people would be thinner if they had people who just told them what the need to effing to hear rather than what they want to hear (or) unhelpful ass bullying And I’ve never met a person who said unhealthy food is nasty/bland who actually knew how to cook 🙄

I know I’m five days late, but I learned that I like being slimmer four years ago. It was a hard pill to swallow for me, but I digested it pretty well. I’ve already cut out sodas and junk foods from my diet (I only have the latter occasionally). Yes, I’m not aiming to be rail thin because I’m not built like that, but I’m aiming to look like Tyra Banks in the 90s. Why anyone would want to be fat is beyond me. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t see anything wrong with somebody being a bit chubby because that’s actually a healthy weight. But if they’re actually fat, I’m done!

Theres a thing too about the dissociation of meat and dead animals. Theres a reason why they call it meat. Its like on mobile games where the in game currency is called gold or anything else beside called MONEY. Why? So we dont make the association that this is real money that i am spending so theres less guilt involved. Same thing for meat and animals. We dont eat cow, we eat BEEF. It dissociates the act from the “food” because cow isnt food. But beef is 😭

Congrats on turning over a new leaf! No more door dash (or you can do it in moderation!) one thing I will do is WALK to the restaurant or drive there to pick it up. Then I’m at least burning a tiny amount of calories while going to get the food! Or you can do some steps in your apartment while you’re waiting for your DoorDash order ! It takes like 45 minutes. That’s 45 minutes worth of steps and will get you closer to 10k steps a day
