For that first ruling, I always think of artifact scythe whenever lingering effects come up, because I feel like most people can intuit that if you negate scythe after it resolves it doesn't mean you can suddenly summon from the extra again.

What's tricky with Zwei is that the lingering effect only affects itself, so you might think it would be ruled similarly to a stat modifying effect.

Scythe is my second thought only because I use it to wreck noobs and occassionally in salad. What I always think about is AZATHOT because remember when you could just azathot somebody ON THEIR TURN?! I remember that well, and I remember being helpless to undo that DEGENERACY once it had resolved.

I got all but one of these right. That thing about card names vs level... that one threw me for a handloop. Brain go boom. As for the stat modifiers, I've been using True Draco Apocalypse with Forbidden Drop in Monarch to temporarily negate and permanently quarter the ATK of most or all of my opponent's monsters. So I figured an effect like Limiter Removal would override some other stat changes. That's why you're supposed to use it in the damage step.
