So Apparently the whole Emo Peter Parker thing was supposed to be goofy and awkward... The idea is that Peter is such a straightlaced kid that this is his idea of being 'cool' when it's definitely not... And I just wanna say Silent Night Deadly Night 3 is definitely the worst film in that series... I mean 1 and 2 are by no means masterpieces... but they're at least entertaining... The most fun I had watching the third one was an Inuendo filled speech by a doctor near the start and me laughing at how bad the effects were at one point... I mean You'd think a silent Night Deadly night movie with Bill Mosley (Choptop in TCM 2) would be pure b-movie comedy gold... but instead he's a completely silent Michael Myers ripoff

So this video seems to show that instead of every third movie in a franchise being downright awful, those films instead have generally lower quality compared to the two that came before it. It seems that a third film in a franchise is usually doomed to fail because the first two are typically masterpieces and that puts a lot of pressure and high expectations onto the third one.

Blade 3 was a massive let down it went from dark and foreboding in the first two movies to a Carry On movie in the third. Alien 3 was terrible as was Iron man 3 with its over powered villains who could take out iron man with one hit. Some times you do get a good one though Die Hard with a Vengance was great.
