Does this 3ft Deep Canal Still have Fish? -- Once a Fish Paradise

Once an Urban Fishing Paradise turned into a Disaster! Has this Canal system turned around? Today we find out if there are still active Fish in this canal system, we use to catch 20 to 30 fish in one outing and those numbers have turn into 0 to 1 fish per outing. I think there are still fish here, but we will have to work to find them, follow along for this episode. Lets go Catch Them!

Man I need to learn canals so on the days I get out late at work I can just jam over for some urban fun. I was always told once you find what they’re eatin why change it up and try to force them to eat something else just cause it looks good or looks cool. Already found what they’re hittin on. Canal fishing is the best urban fishing because it’s like a river you have current and structure. Fish aren’t as pressured either

Did they dredge out all the canals? I noticed the north canals where I used to get 3-4 bass an hour have nothing. think it will ramp up during the summer?

They clean the canal systems out every winter and it takes a few months for the bass to get back in, but I have never seen it this bad in the canals for 20 years
