You guys see the budget red dot Olight is making called the Osight? I feel like that's right up the cheap alley for content.

7 yrs Army. I can't wear ballistic helmets or plates. I just have my 3A soft vest with a 2A insert, and my bump helmet. I will just put a sticker on my helmet asking to not shoot my head. 🤷💚 Loved the video. First time watching.
@adrielburned69243 ай бұрын
Forgot to mention, I can't wear them cause they are too heavy. Several spine surgeries.

LMAO there are some air guns that hit harder than 22lr that helmet won't even protect you from a high velocity pellet. That thing is SUPER trash👎👎👎.

I will say the same helmet is now sold and labeled as “explosion proof” or “impact resistant”. But this was definitely sold as 3A for quite a while… And I know a TON of people were buying them…..

Isn't Temu financially backed by the Peoples Republic of China? The reason for low prices and cheap shipping?
@PhantomLlamasDen3 ай бұрын
lol not just financially backed. It IS a Chinese company. All the “Made in China” stuff a person buys on Amazon or in brick and mortar stores…just direct from their factories/warehouses instead of through other companies. It’s honestly eye-opening how few things we buy anymore are made in the US… 😞
@BC-qb2if3 ай бұрын
@@PhantomLlamasDen I understand that many of our goods past and present have come from China. Temu seems different. They price things so low, not to make money, but to crash the market, crush their competitors.
@jaxturner72883 ай бұрын
There is an in depth video about Temu on a channel called moon I believe. It explains how their goal is to manipulate the market and gather data from their app. Supposedly it is just as intrusive as tiktoc. Total spy stuff. And they explain how they destroy American companies because of their shipping exemptions that make them able to ship globally at no cost to them because it is 100% subsidized by the shipping charges we/ American companies pay in western countries. It’s pretty much like welfare but for shipping.

Thats an airsoft helmet lol😂😂 Edit:no hate but someones hotta tell him.
@PhantomLlamasDen15 күн бұрын
No hate received! We totally agree with you. BUT when it is marketed as a ballistic, explosion proof, AND 3a Bulletproof helmet (what the listing was), you know people are buying it and trusting it. Most of us know not to trust this stuff, but some people still will. Cheers!

@@PhantomLlamasDen oh i didn't realise i saw a same looking one marketed as Airsoft lol.

It's not a ballistic helmet ....it 's an airsoft helmet
@PhantomLlamasDen3 ай бұрын
It was marketed as a ballistic 3A helmet. Clearly it is not. That said, it is not one of those cheaply made ABS plastic airsoft helmets. It’s just not a ballistic helmet as it was originally advertised.
@warbuzzard71673 ай бұрын
It's a foam bicycle helmet with tactical-colored paint. Probably wouldn't even protect you from a ricochet.
@PhantomLlamasDen3 ай бұрын
Surprisingly not foam/styrofoam. It’s some mix of PE and fiberglass. Just not much of it. Heh.. It’s sad to see the people that have left positive reviews even now calling it 3A…
@Agent-cu5pv3 ай бұрын
Its a bicycle helmet, not a ballistic helmet.....lol.

I did, it said US, should have known it was trash, just had a ballistic sticker, with no paperwork in testing or etc, so I'ma say it's a expensive bump helmet, my knowledge on stuff like this is evolving so lesson learned.
