Hi James and Ness, saw your episode today “Does your neighborhood do this…” Great video. Remy and I enjoyed it very much. You two are very talented. When are you hitting the road? Also, we enjoyed our visit with, this past September and we popped in for a quick impromptu visit. Meeting you guys live, was a treat. So, we decided to settle for BGC Uptown and may be buying a condo there or just rent for now. We love it in BGC uptown. Everything we need is in walking distance and we do not need a car, plus it has to be the safest place in the Philippines and the US. Security guards in every corner. It’s a beautiful city! And the people are great! Also, could you and Ness tell us what your are doing for Health Insurance. We have Kaiser Advantage and Medicare and are covered internationally for emergency care and thinking of getting a SRRV permanent visa and apply for Phil Health (limited). Anyway, let me know what you guys are doing. Thank you and keep on trucking. You guys are a great couple, hopefully, we will meet up again sometime. Stay safe and enjoy life.

Thanks for the kind words and your visit! Yes, BGC is truly a model city/community and great for retirees. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We have PhilHealth and get a little discount because we have the SRRV. I have Medicare but it's not accepted here so its and emergency backup if I'm in the US.
