There’s laws in America that state 16 is legal age to consent therefore they are not minors, however they have limits. No more than a 4 year age gap I believe I could be wrong. I see nothing wrong with a 17 year old dating a 19 year old. Laws are different where I am so it’s seen as normal. It’s 2 years difference. In the UK a 16 year old can date a 19 year old. Hell they can date 30 year olds someone in their 40s. It’s absolutely disgusting that though. It’s grooming. That’s why a certain culture of people comes over to the UK cause they know it’s legal. Dating kids is disgusting. It’s vile. Can’t get someone your own age you target 16 year old kids? It’s beasty. Brains are still developing they’re pretty much still babies and you have pig men coming over and try and dictate to everyone like what they’re doing is okay. The dog, which causes the most bites which are serious, are German Shepards, not Pit Bulls. JJ is biased against the breed. The little girl’s mother is not at fault here. She trusts her adult stepdaughter to be responsible and inform her of any changes in her household. How many questions does JJ expect the mother to ask? The stepdaughter has responsibility for not keeping an eye on the little girl. The dog’s owner IS ALWAYS responsible for their dog’s actions unless the dog is being harassed. As a minor, the minor’s parents are responsible for damages and injuries caused by their minor.

If something like that happened I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself. You hear how from the owners how sweet the dog is but it only takes one attack to show how truly temperamental they truly can be. It’s one thing to be attacked by a dog but trying to get that kind of dog to release is mostly impossible.

If the mom didn't know there would be a dog or the step-daughter took her away without consulting with the mom first, then it would be the step-daughters wrong doing and she should be suing her instead. Who in their right mind would allow a 6-year-old child to spend the weekend with a 17-year-old, an 18-year-old, a 19-year-old, and a 22-year-old? These people are in high school / college, and even I know that they are going to use that weekend to have a party and do whatever careless thing they want to do, and completely shirk their responsibility of taking care of a child. When people are within that age group, they act first and think about it later because they think nothing bad could ever happen to them or anyone else. Let this be a lesson to any parent of a teenager or adult child that is less than 25 years old.
