Unfortunately I had 22 lymph nodes removed in 2012 due to bilateral mastectomy for stage iii breast cancer. Now have left arm lymphedema which I consider to be mild-moderate. Years ago I was told to avoid hot tubs, hot baths, and saunas as these could make lymphedema worse. Recently I was told by a sauna rep that it is ok. Just curious what you know about this??… as I would love to use a sauna as part of my health maintenance routine. Thx much!

I give my dog “ Orijen Reginal red high protein fresh & raw animal ingredients dry food. It’s freeze dry and $ 130.00 a bag. He loves it and does very good on it. The only place that sells it is Petco. That food was only sold to breeders and show dogs but Petco was able to get the contract and it’s made in Canada.
