really nice to see some small dogs for once, my dog is small and strong willed, I have only seen trainers using prongs, slip leads and lots of force so nice to see this trial and error and I've never heard of a microprong before! thank you

Brilliant video. Love that you showed how you worked through the different training tools to find which one works for that specific dog. Just as with children, there is no one hard and fast rule on how to raise a child to become a good citizen. I’ve had great success with a slip lead with reactivity. Teaching pressure on and pressure off so the dog is in control, so to speak. Keep up the great content. Thank you ❤

Wow. What a great informative vudeo.Beside Adam had a lot of fun with the little Miss " I have the.last word ALWAYS" . I have a 10month old frenchie who was really good out walkin but recently has become very reactive to other animals and some humans 🤦🏽‍♀️ will need to try a few of these 🤞

Great video! We currently have a 6 month old pomeranian pup who does this, but to a much lesser degree. Been trying to take him round the park edges to have him do dog watching, which is getting better and better. Had to pull him from puppy classes since he would go absolutely ballistic at other dogs, but I'm thinking to try this exposure thing you did with this at around 9:00, but at the vet since I don't have an environment like that. Just a question, since I've seen you work with more poms: is this quite a common issue for poms in general? I know they can be quite reactive, but it's never fun to see your dog go through so much fear.

You should NEVER put a collar on a Pomeranian as a lead. They should only wear harnesses because they are prone to tracheal collapse. They have very fragile tracheas.
