She knows the eldritch laws of the universe from her dread master Cthulhu. Primarily those of shotgun, being huffy and "wah wah" (as referenced in the chest of spiders incident.) It is this knowledge which makes her more fearsome than any other threat out there.

That whole section from 2:58 really shows how good the crew has gotten in terms of rp and improv. It was such a fast and spontaneous scene, but still incredibly well executed and really funny.
