Watching this again after a couple months. I'm (and was) so glad she chose Before It's Over as the song because among many AMAZIN scores in dogfight, it doesn't get mentioned enough. It's one of my absolute favourites and to hear it even in a zoom audio quality (which I also wanted to mention why they didn't choose to ask streamers especially on Twitch that does amazing audio streaming and collaborations while at it). But having known Dogfight for almost a decade now, I come back to this video again cause there aren't any other video on KZbin of Lindsay Mendez's amazing performance recorded live/uploaded except for one that doesn't even say Before It's Over on the title of the video. I love how in that middle where Lindsay belts(?? ; I'm not a musician, just an admirer) high, Seth points his finger up and smirks haha. It makes me watch it twice just to watch seth react to the singing. Would love to see Seth and Lindsay doing a podcast together or somethin. Thank you to all of the people who made this happen in the midst of the pandemic.

there's no shade in a show like dogfight. just like pasek and paul couldnt attend since they were busy with DES filmmaking, there would have been a reason she couldnt attend due to schedule conflict or somethin else. these people are busy people, regardless of if it's COVID age or not. i wouldn't assume anything other than that.
