I've had the pleasure of meeting Sarge the therapy dog at VA in Norman. He is very good at his job and the veterans love him. What a wonderful program at Lexington and thank you everyone that made this possible.

My uncle was in the program had a little poodle bichon mix named cotton, it was always funny to me this big masculine mans man with this little poofy white puppy. My grandma got him after the training was done and he died a year ago. He was an awesome dog and it was also like having a piece of my Uncle back home with us. He is on a life without charge for drug charges. One of my Uncle’s friends painted a picture of him and sent it to my grandma after he had passed.

Love these dog therapy videos. Great for the inmates to give them responsibility and help others, loving dogs. It's a win- win situation. Yeah Star and Marvin. The tears are filling my eyes. And Mr Miller and Sarge. It's so sad when the inmates have to give away their dogs but other people need them too. SECOND CHANCE IS A FANTASTIC PROGRAM. With the dogs, inmate handlers, Dr Otto. Thank you Dr Otto for your.love of dogs and rehab with the inmates, and dogs. Sunshine is gorgeous

Wonderful, wonderful program! Congratulations to the inmates for their hard work with the dogs, and to the prison admins for implementing this program! Recidivism decreases from 50% to 13% with programs like this! All prisons need this program.

That vet should run for office. I wish more good people who have real impact in society were more interested in government. I can see why not but this is the kind of program that proves a person has the intelligence, patience and compassion to build something that works and has a positive impact on society.

This is a great video highlighting an outstanding program that I had no idea was even in operation in Oklahoma. I am so proud my state has made a success of it for 22 yrs, but disappointed that it hasn't gone out to find outside funding to get this program in more facilities where it is so very needed. Surely there is a way to put together donations & publicity to get this going. What do we need to do!?!
