Kylie, just came back from a summer of dreams in the Amalfi coast! I could have used your advice about the Italian men with ' la straniera' while I was there!! But I had a fabulous time and learned so much. This video was such a beautiful reminder of the place I just left and I loved recognising all the twists and turns of the road and I even saw my apartment in Atrani in the video! As I was walking to Fornillo beach, I remember thinking ' Kylie walked this track to the beach when she was here!' and being so excited that the dream your Dolce Vita Diaries gave me finally came true! Thank you for the beauty, I absolutely ADORE this series and hope there is more to come!

No matter where you went or go in life...You are always a breath of fresh air Kylie!! Our beautiful South Louisiana Coast on August 29th got hit by a Category 4 (pending may reclassify as a Category 5) Hurricane called IDA!! My sweet home town is demolished once again!! So much devastation you would be shocked to see it now!! I came on here to try and find some kind of serenity and feel good moment after so much heartache..we are still without electricity going on day 14 ... turned back on city water 2 days ago... homes are run on generators at this moment! Thank you for this video... it is so refreshing to have a little down time after long hard days!! I absolutely love ALL your videos!! :-)

Kyle you remind me so much of myself. I'm Australian born but have Italian roots. I moved to Sorrento Italy when I was 28 years old and had very similar experiences and days spent just like your videos show - especially this one. They were great memories but I must say Australia is my home and always will be even though Italy will remain in my heart forever.

Just a heads up for any tourists visiting Amalfi- don’t pay at a restaurant without the bill (il conto in Italian). I speak Italian at a C1 level and still had waitresses at 3 restaurants try to charge me triple my bill and refusing to bring it to me because I was a tourist. The Italians next to me got their bills no problem . Put your foot down and ask for the bill or say you won’t pay.

I used to take my clients to Positano and Amalfi on Excursions. We are going back to Sorrento on the 20th September to enjoy all the things that I did all those years ago.
