Oh my gosh these are amazing!! I've never had a file whip but hear do much about them, can't wait to make these, we love pineapple. Even your presentation is beautiful. Really nice recipe. I especially liked the idea with the pineapple curd. I could imagine this going really well if you made the frosting with coconut and added some coconut shreds on top. :)

Hi this looks delicious thanks for the tutorial. Is it possible to use cream cheese instead of butter in the frosting? Also, What is the equivalent of oil to butter in the cupcakes. I believe oil make cakes more moist. Thanks again for the great ideas you give.

I don’t know where to find it, there are so many recipes, but I tasted the Texas State Fair dole whip, and it was the most amazing thing. It was different than most dole whip recipes because it looked like it was vanilla ice cream, very white color. If anyone knows the recipe please share 😭 this one looks so good though.
