Prof. Lajos Dolhai, Hungary: The „Spring” as Thought in the Prayers of the Roman Missal
Esztergom, Theological Symposium - 04.09.2021
“The Christ who is present in the Eucharist is not the one from before Easter, but the Redeemer who died and rose from the dead. We all know that God is omnipresent, but those who kneel before the Eucharist worship Jesus Christ, who is present in both species, as well as the mystery of our redemption; he is the one they meet” - writes Lajos Dolhai in one of his papers. The President of the Theological Commission of the International Eucharistic Congress has been working as a teacher at the Theological College of Eger since 1981, while from 2008 he has been leading the institution as its rector. He is also a member of the International Theological Commission. His field of expertise are the sacraments and liturgical theology.
