I was just at DG yesterday! I love wandering through that store! Always great finds! I found wooden spoons and spatulas that have a little etched design at the top and bottom of each one. I got one of each to craft with and just plan to add a simple embellishment to compliment the etching. Solar lights are probably the best thing DG has to offer. So many unique designs and beautiful colors. And there's so much you can do with their solar lights! I love going to DG! I don't think I've ever left empty handed. 😉 I'm beginning to think you need another dog. I watched one of your videos the other day and you bought something, cut it down and made it into a bed for Moose. 😋 At least in that video he didn't disassemble it. ☺️ I also found a darling pillow that has three cardinals on it. And I have a friend who absolutely loves cardinals and her birthday is coming up soon. 😉 But I can always find something because of their vast variety of things! They've had quite an assortment of lemon themed items and I've been able to snag quite a few! 🤗 At one time they even had a lemon topiary which I managed to scoop up. 😘 Like I said, there's always something of interest and that's why I never leave empty handed. 😚 Thanks for sharing another great video! 🥰

Just went to our DG looking for Boho ideas for a bridal shower I’m hosting in June. I tried walking through the store with a creative eye like you. Solar Light! I love Dolla Gen, as we call it!There are so many around, our local one isn’t large and since it is rural, it has a large food section. I just go to other, closer larger “towns” and look for bigger stores. That usually helps to find some of the things you have found at that particular store. I treat it as a treasure hunt! I also shop out of season a LOT, you can get 75% and more off and I just keep those things for the following season, if I cannot make them work for me now by repainting, etc. oh yes, the round beach towels are popular, people use them for yoga and for meditation. They are great for an at home theme spa day as well, adds a little extra personality to it? Thanks Liz! ❤️

Round beach towels were very popular last year. Everyone at the pool, the beach, and the watering hole on the tubing route near Gatlinburg had them. Most females had them and any boy young enough to have his mom pick out his stuff did too.
