To help with my egg overload, I made quiches, frittatas, breads, egg salad, deviled eggs, hard boiled for chef salads, there are endless ways to use them. I finally had to start gifting them to family and friends, then to whoever wanted them because my 6 laid almost 2 per day.

💞🕊️🙏🏻 Mother's day is always exhausting for me, my family depends solely on me, to do all the cooking! I'm the only cook in the family, my Mom dosen't cook anymore she has health issues! But my son's 🫧🫧🫧🫧 cleaned up the whole house for me and they always do all the dishes! And my hubby also helps do chopping for me! But we did have a lovely 🌹 time and I got two dozen rose's 🌹🌹🌹 from my hubby and a love letter 💌! It's always great to see my Mom, I don't see her that often! When I had my chickens, I made angel food cake. To enjoy all the summer fruits. It uses a lots of egg whites . And for the yolks I made custard and ice cream. I also sold my eggs to off set cost of chicken food. We had 5 arces and 65 of them . Lol. Sure miss them now. 😆 🤣

Lauren, You can crack the eggs open and put one in each cube of an ice tray. They freeze perfectly for over 3 month to even a year. Put the tray in a freezer bag and pop each egg out as needed. I am going to purchase a dehydrater eventually to make egg powder and store in a jar also.

You can freeze your eggs. Crack them open in silicon ice cube trays. When frozen put them in air tight food storage bags in the freezer. Egg salad potato salad and breakfast casserole. Lol, my list goes on 😂. Always share to a family in need. Love your videos and energy!!!

German pancakes aka Dutch baby pancakes. Very high in protein bc uses a lot of eggs. I make them for my grands all the time with strawberries and powdered sugar or buttermilk syrup. Very easy to make. One pan

Hi, looks great!spray your herbs and other plants with a drop of lemon soap in water spray bottle. Deterred the bugs. We also planted pollinators, (flowers.) Marigolds, lavender blooms also deterred the bugs plus promote the growth of herbs, veggies and fruits. We freeze our eggs. Easy for baking. Watched KZbin to know how to do it. Take care!😎

My Husband was away at my Grandsons Graduation, I was not physically able to go because I can no longer get into our Car, I need a Handicap Van but can’t afford one. I am in an Electric Scooter and can only go to my Church with my Electric Scooter which is 7 minutes away, go in my Community that I Live in and go to the Produce stand and Dollar General. My Husband got home on Sunday late afternoon on Mothers Day and we did takeout at Cedar River Seafood. Our Son called and spoke to him about 40 minutes and wished me a Happy Mothers Day. Glad you had a Good Day Lauren with your Kids and then with your Sister at the Spa. ❤

You can freeze eggs (not in the shell) for up to one year. You have to crack them and scramble them, put them in an ice cube tray or lay flat in a zip lock bag. I love making scones and muffins during this time of year.

You can preserve your eggs by water glassing them. Your eggs look nice and clean, but water glassing involves first NOT, absolutely NOT cleaning the eggs, as eggs just laid will have an invisible film on them. Just add the eggs to 5 ounces hydrated lime (pickling lime), 5 quarts distilled water or natural spring water. Eggs will stay preserved for up to 18 months. Store in a cool, dark space. You can separate eggs and eggs whites freeze perfectly. Great for making Pavlova dessert, or Baked Alaska.
