I also use those magnetic pocket thingies on my washing machine for putting laundry findings in. My husband is in construction so if there are receipts in his pants or fancy looking screws, I need to set those aside. The pockets are great to store those items in so they don't end up all over the dryer (if you're a messy heathen like myself) 😁❤

Thanks, never thought of it on the side of a washer...kids put everything in their pockets and if I throw something away I get looks. Now I could tell them to check the pocket.

Some of these things, I recently found, are actually a better deal at Walmart. There, you get 100 clothespins for $1.78, and they have $0.88 shoebox-size clear bins with lids that are the Sterilite brand, much sturdier than the DT ones. You can also get the small drawer organizers for only a bit more than DT, and way less flimsy. (I’ve had many of them break.) I know DT videos are super popular, but I would LOVE to see some Walmart organization, crafts, etc. videos.

My dollar tree has also been more expensive than a dollar for years before the recent price increases. I'm not sure why people don't pay attention to tax, but with tax, I pay a dollar extra per item at dollar stores in my state, so it rapidly becomes the "$20 for crap that falls apart in a week store".

My dollar tree has plastic clothes pins that are great for family size snacks. They're really strong and are made so much better than any snack bag clip I've ever used prior and you get quite a few for just $1. Love how you make such great use of zip ties. Really great ideas.

And if you need black zip ties colour it with a black (or whatever colour) sharpie marker u need to match your containers or racks. Use disposable gloves so you don't get covered in permanent marker & let dry thoroughly b4 using it.

I absolutely live the plastic baskets. Like I'm obsessed. I use them to organize my makeup and skincare mainly which I use in drawers. I also use these baskets to organize socks and undergarments in their drawer. I will also use them in my repurposed drawers with rollers added to the bottoms to make under bed roll out storage. These are amazing things that have so so many uses

I am using several of the things that you have shown on this video in my home. I told my daughter about your videos and shared several of your ideas so you now have another fan. I’d like to share two things I buy at The Dollar Tree. I’m a senior who is usually too warm, so I like to always have a fan with me and I carry extra fans with me so when I see someone who is feeling the heat, I just pull out one of my $1 fans and give it away to them. They have always been appreciated. The other item that I like to get there is the grabber. You can pay over $20 in for them in other stores. I keep a few of them around in different rooms in case I need to reach something that I can’t reach without it.

Love how you used those magnet pockets! I actually got a couple to store my kids' letter magnets on their chalkboard and was frustrated that when all their magnets were inside, they were too heavy and it would fall down all the time. I was going to chuck the magnet pocket and find another solution, but now I feel like it could have a new life somewhere else! 😂

Another idea: For a recipe page or card I use a pants hanger (bonus if find one can rotate the hanger), and I hang that on the upper cabinet door knob. It's off the counter and no food splashes on it.😁

I had one of the "Duh!" Moments when I saw you use 2 of the multiple wire hook over the door organizers! Love it for my laundry room! Behind my laundry room door is a counter space to fold and cupboards above and below. I installed a tension rod for my hangers under cupboards but no place to put clothes once I hang them other than to leave room n hang up on coat tree by stairs. But when I'm doing laundry now it's super nice to just turn and everyone and every room has a hook plus room for my broom n mop!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

Really cool to see all the different uses - I'd have never thought of using clothes pegs as wall or door clips! I'm going to try that out to try and get a bit more organised and display some nice postcards and my daughter's artwork around the place. Doubling the coat rack is a fantastic idea! I also like what you did with the plastic bins. I have only been able to find them in the bright green and blue colors which inside of drawers isn’t a huge issue but I haven’t bought more even though the size is great because I needed neutral colors. (I like the new peach color bins they have but it’s almost impossible to find them)

A couple of years ago, I couldn't find all the same color so I bought Rustoleum 2X spray paint (about $4 a can), & painted my DT plastic bins all the same color! To save paint, I didn't paint the outside bottom of the bins. The extra $4 spent saved me the gas & time running around to several DTs looking for the color i wanted.

I like the over the door organizers, but I would recommend putting some type of bubble tape on the areas for the doors especially for renters. I found that they cause damage if that’s not secured.

Quick tip for the jewelleryn holder. Sew more pockets into them for even more storage. I was able to use one dollar tree holder cloth thing( i got the idea from your video) inam able to store 25 peices of jewellery in one organizer as appose to 5 peices. Cheers.
