For wrangling rogue bobby-pins, check out Dollar Tree’s office/school supplies! They have little tins with a clear window on the lid. The winning feature for me is it has a magnet on the bottom! I was constantly knocking my bobby-pins off my vanity. This way, I can keep them in the tin, on a decorative metal tray and the magnet keeps it in place! It’s a simple tin, but it’s effective without compromising aesthetics.

Nice hey if it fits awesome I love using empty containers for things.. Just like the Lysol wipes container I put crayons colored pencils pens pencils in them especially the crayons and color pencils and markers and take the wrapping off decorate the outside you got a little lid or you just pop it off and it's big enough to hold all of them especially a single mom three kids so I got multiple crayons boxes multiple markers multiple color pencil instead of having the boxes laying around and then you just stick the sharpener into the container with it..👍👍 I work at Dollar Tree so I see a lot of people buying bulk of stuff doing DIYs and tell them about my little Lysol empty white containers they all say great idea..

Yes, and then use the Mentos gum mint containers for the longer bobby pins. 👍🏽 The tic tac containers work great because they are see through so that you can always see what's inside. If you have trouble removing the tic tac label, use: Goo gone- from the D. Tree, in a small bottle, usually found in the hardware section. Works great!👍🏽 Just be careful not to drip it on anything because it's oily and it stains. Be prepared to just dry it really good though.

A tip I was taught, baking soda mixed with water (cake mix consistency) will remove blood from cloth. The stain cont be lauderd it won't work then. Just mix up the baking soda spoon onto the stain, both sides is best let sit for about 15 minutes to work. Then you can either hand scrub which I suggest for first time users to get the feel for how it works. You may need to reapply if the stain has sat for a long time. Or you can apply the BS let sit the launder as usual. Works on any color.

Not everything but everything that she mentioned works wonderfully. No need to spend all that money on the same products at Target or even Walmart. Go to your nearest dollar tree, grab a basket and peruse each aisle. And besides it’s fun!

I love the huggable hangers with their little loops. I can hang about 4 hangers then down vertically and they lay pretty flat.

Baking soda is amazing to sprinkle on your clothes when you wash them. Makes towels soft, along with a white vinegar rinse. :)

My fav kind of chapstick from Walmart is the candy cane chapstick for a dollar, but now I have to try the blistex u were talking about in this video, but the candy cane one instantly starts cooling ur lips and it makes ur lips stop hurting

I crochet around my hangers. I love to crochet so I did my hangers. I hate the humps in the shoulders of my shirts, so when I crochet my hangers I can do it thick or thin. It works . No more humps in my shoulders. Yahoo :)

I have maybe been in the Dollar Tree once or twice - once for an emergency hat when I forgot one for a hike. Once when my sister needed something. I have literally not looked through it ever. After seeing this and a few of your other videos, I am going to actually going to check the store out. Thanks for saving me some money.

You’re right about the medex lip balm. I discovered it when I lived in NE too. I spent $3 at Walgreens.

Lots of great tips. I had just been thinking to myself how pretty your hair is. Can’t believe it’s 7 days old!!! I’m going yo have to check out your video about it! The Blistex is the best. I live in FL and in the little bit of winter we get, my lips get dry and chapped. I put some on before I go to bed and completely healed in the morning! 😃

I have a work backpack. I have an extra brush and the hair tie carabiner in there. I am always grateful when I get hot or am working in an area where I need my hair out of my face. I also keep that backpack in the car so if the wind is blowing, I can give myself a little brush before I go into a store looking frazzled. Good tips. Thank you for sharing.

I love those cushion hair brushes! The top and handle are all one piece and won't break in half! I've broken too many hair brushes like Mia from The Princess Diaries.

The Sassy n Chic porcelain BB cream is my absolute favorite foundation, and the LA Colors highlight stick is all I use for eyeshadow primer. They are both my exact shade and feel incredible, and they cost less than $3 total.

AND a terribly chapped nose! I was so sick with the respiratory flu 2 years ago that my nose was cracking and bleeding from all of the blowing. I used Lip Medix to heal it, worked great!

I love the way you are knowledgeable about what you are going to say. You get it said and move on. Love your videos. I did giggle when you called baking soda baking powder.🤦♀️

I totally agree with using baking soda mixed in with your shampoo. We had very hard water when I was growing up and a couple of times a month my mom would mix baking soda with the shampoo to clean our hair really well. I still do it on occasion. Love all of your tips

Look for the mini shadow books when they come in. Now I admit they don't hold up great, but if you put it in a plastic baggie, you have a quick touch up pallet that takes up hardly any room

I like to use the “claw” style hair clips at the top of my bath towel to keep it in place around me once I’ve showered and still have to get ready a bit before dressing👍

I use ring pull tabs from cans to attach hangers together. Also use card tube inners from toilet or kitchen roll to put and keep my hair ties on. I use a tall standing kitchen roll holder for my scrunches and also another one for chunky bracelets ☺️👍

Blistex Lip Medex is amazing! My mom turned me onto it a few years ago, and I'm so glad. I was using Chap Stick, but the corners of my mouth were cracking. Lip Medex healed it right up, and now I use it all the time. I have it on my lips right now (and basically always).

I normally try to stay away from petroleum /microcrystalline wax stuff, but decided to try that Blistex Lip Medex when I saw it was low on the ingredient list and. You are 100% right about that stuff. Fixed my peeling lips in one coat and didn't need any more for 36 hours. Amazing!

Hi. I keep my hair bands wrapped around the base of my hairbrush. This way they are right there when I need them. I find it helpful. Thank you for your ideas.

Brushes are terrible for hair anyway. I use a wide tooth comb for my long, thick hair.
