Your curls are gorgeous. Loved your affordable routine for wavy/curly hair with stuff at the DT. I have the Salon Selective leave-in and curl stretch cream for tighter curls. My son with Afro textured hair loves the Ouidad Twists products too - so amazing to see how well it worked for such a wide range of curl patterns. Also, love the headbands. I’ll be on the look out for the velvet ones with the gold tone buckle. ❤

Jackie, girl! This was the perfect time for me to see this video. Once I hit around 45, my thick hair started falling out like crazy! It’s a lot thinner than it used to be and I’m at my wit’s end with it. I love my long hair but I’ve sort of given up and just wear it in a ponytail or bun or claw clip. I definitely want to start taking care of my hair and getting it healthy again! Thanks so much for sharing the products you use! I had no idea what to look for but now I’m excited. Would you consider doing some crafts you haven't done any in a long time like bow's and wreaths etc. that's them menopause hot flashes girl I feel you and know all about it I'm 61 and I started going through it at the age of 47 I have had so many things go wrong with my health and my body along with putting on 40 pounds and I was not use to that weight I was very tiny and blew up to a very heavy woman!!!
