You can swipe a toner, such as witch hazel, over the area to kill any bacteria you may have spread and to condition your pores. You can skip your moisturizer if you want. And avoid directly touching the area while your skin heals.

I recommend using it after a shower when your pours are open. I prefer to use mine while in the shower and then I use a separate face brush and massager on my face. You should definitely use something like a moisturizer or face cleaning cream after using to prevent dry scaly skin. The first time I used it I thought, “My gosh this isn’t a blackhead remover this is a torture chamber.” Lol. It hurt both myself, my husband, and my daughter to the point our noses were running and eyes were tearing until I got used to it. My daughter ended up with a bit of blood from it because she gets such deep black and whiteheads because she is in weight lifting and JROTC in high school and both activities cause severe sweating but you can’t exactly stop and grab a towel or something to blot the sweat. So they end up using their shirt sleeves and wiping their faces as they go and every woman knows that’s the worst you can do to your skin. Plus she’s almost 16 so she’s in her prime acne stage and she is not a girly girl who really wears makeup and/or does skin regimes. I came to this video just to learn how to properly use the vacuum and what the different heads are for. I’m debating whether my OCD can handle using alcohol and/or hot water for both my daughter and I to use this or if I want to go back to Belles Outlet and get her, her own. lol. I’m not a girly girl either but I’m extremely OCD when it comes to sharing things like towels, wash cloths, face cleaning tools, under garments, socks, and even nail clippers. I legit have to have separate nail clippers for my fingers and toes and I have never been able to walk into a nail salon and let them do my nails or toe nails because I know other people have used the same things. Hell I can’t barely get by buying shoes without having a panic attack because I know someone else has probably tried on the same shoes. I literally vomit every time I have to clip my own toe nails. lol. It’s bad and really makes life extremely complicated where it shouldn’t be.

cleanser first, then if you can steam your face for 15 minutes that would be great. Then vacuum, then serum. I would skip the oil at this time for me since the pores are more open I wouldn't be putting something heavy.

Maybe you used a strong suction on ur skin, there are levels of suction forces, I recommend putting ice cube on your skin and leaving it there for 3-4-5minutes and then wait an hour or 2 it should be fine
