I thought the moeller technique required you to bring the stick back to vertical on one and two.

I'm having problems with moeller on my left hand. In fact the wrist and forearm hurt a little bit. Funny cause I can do it just fine on the right hand.

On your left hand try playing a little softer and we might have to trust your hand a little bit
