You do! Thorman Hunt is their importer in the UK, so they should have decent distribution. Worth seeking out for sure. 😁

Sounds lovely, again. 🍷😁. For the massal selected vines, are they grafting them onto root stocks or letting them root naturally? With the higher sand content you’d wonder if the phylloxera pressure would be somewhat limited? In any case, with no oak these have to be super juicy and a treat. Thank you again. If I’ve said it once…..I could most happily spend the next 10 years drinking nothing but Loire wines and be very happy. Last one from Chinon, 2016 Olga Raffault Les Picasses…. Cheers.

Thank you for taking time to watch and your comment, Carl! These vines are grafted onto an American rootstock. Even with the higher sand content, the soils are quite shallow, so phylloxera is definitely a concern. So happy to hear you are a big fan of Loire wines. I am too (and not just Cabernet Franc!). Love the Les Picasses as well. Domaine Grosbois is represented by Vineyard Brands in the US, so it should have good coverage. Their higher volume Gabare is also very delicious. Cheers! ☺
