Upon arrival, the female exited the truck and officers attempted to stop the driver of the truck. Arkansas State Police intercepted the pursuit and performed a PIT or TVI Maneuver ending the chase. The suspect was found wearing body armor and two empty gun holsters.

It’s actually about training. Troopers are taught PIT in their academy. Most police academies don’t teach it. You usually have to get additional training if you’re a city cop.

US government should make a mandatory to make a show of theses " Police Pursuits" and POLICE ACTIVITIES" channels in all the class room of the schools. So, the young generation understands What will happen if you do a crime and if you run from the LEO.
