When I was younger ,was beating so bad , by my ex fiancee , because I decided to damp him ,due to mentally abuse, he promised to kill me, but God didn’t aloud , I fought so hard to save life from him. For example; he was trying strangle me ,I knocked him down , with a kitchen tool. Thanks to God, I didn’t kill him, God is greet he delivered me !

It’s a serious indictment on some Nigerian parents in the irresponsible way and manner they bring up their sons. We as parents have a moral responsibility to bring our sons up properly and ensure that they respect women. Violence has no place in any household, unfortunately our silly laws in Nigeria provide ZERO protection to women, which means men commit domestic violence with impunity. A lot of Nigerian men struggle to adapt to the way of life in the West because they know the laws in the west does not condone domestic violence and prison awaits perpetrators of this vile act, because that’s what domestic violence is...”A VILE ACT” that must be condemned in it’s entirety. Let’s raise our sons to become responsible men in society, it’s the least every responsible parent can do.

Hi Favoured Fortune Favoured Fortune I don't live in Sweden but in Austria, but Sweden is much better than us in protecting women (doesn't matter if you have a permanent right of resistance) than us. Here we have offices with lawyers and therapists for free, to help you out of the situation and also housing for women with their children, to live there and be protected (men are not allowed in these buildings, only the guids)... I met several African women who were abused right here in America even when pregnant. Those women are still angry and resentful. I have to cut ties with at least one of them. There are the others who do not want to be friends with them because I have never experienced that. Some black American women from the south especially have been beaten too.
