Professor Steve if they try to do a sit out grab their ankles and pull it and now they are on the ground, once this happens you can go into a half Nelson

Question on this break down, WHAT ref will let you put your kickstand knee/leg out to the side of your opponent like you show in this video, I have NEVER seen that allowed
