it works perfect. own one and the smoothness is awesome, minor vibes but better than the current duke 390 vibes. the shockup is smooth and seating is comfortable. What you're going to love though- THE EXHAUST NOTE- It sounds like a god damn Sports bike. like some 600cc passed by you or is revving there around you. yes there are few cons that i noticed here also. 1st- minor issues of it not starting up at times. 2nd - display sensor issue 3rd - the tank being filled with fuel still the display shows a refuel reading. but these can be resolved within an hour at the SVC. and they were resolved and i have ZERO issues now so it doesn't matter much. what matters is the VFM tag it still has and will carry it 👌🏼👌🏼

The answer to your Dominar vs Interceptor question lies in the last segment. Running costs. 1rupee/km on the Domi vs 3rupee/km on the interceptor.

It's not the milega , it's maintenance cost . After 20k KM's you gotta spend appx 20k rupees on the maintenance of the bike . (Inclusive of all the services done untill 20k kms)

Yes you can take pillion. But you will need to modify the seat. Make it a lil wider and put extra cushion. Apart from that you will require saddle stay to mount luggage.

I live in delhi and mountain areas in range of 250-300 kms and once you reach mountains in India you cannot drive at more than 50-60km/h or sometime 70 for a minute or two. To enjoy the journey and mountains and terrains i would rather go for himalayan than dominor which only help me to cover the 250-300 kms in 30 mins to 1 hour early max as compared to himalayan. For long term one can rely on RE engine rather than on Himalayan. My personal experience

Brakes ko lekar ye doubt mujhe b hai. I have postponed my booking after tha test drive. Its the first time I drove an ABS equipped motorcycle but I wasnt getting the initial bite from the brakes and couldnt even tell if they were working. But I think after watching this that its normal with dominar. I expected a scary bite from the brakes, but it wasnt there and the lever felt like a hard clutch lever travelling all the way in.

for abs bikes you need to press both the brakes at the same time. try it then tell me bro

@@raajrane got it. but actually the brakes worked, but there was no initial bite. It was quite spongy. At first I thought there was no brake oil. But it worked. I'll be getting Dominar by the last week this month. 😁

Yup. The front brakes feel a bit spongy which makes you less confident while braking.
