I'm huge fan of Dominic ...Seeing him struggling with his come back is so painful. I was wondering these past few years, where the hell almost all of his old raw power has gone...why is he moving less good on the court, where his health snags come from ... I'm afraid I know why now .. not sure but if he follows a strict vegan diet, it 's not really a surprise.. plant based proteins and amino acids unfortunately will never replace it's animal counterparts... I really hope he will be smart enough to postpone this kind of diet after his retirement and take seriously the necessary nutrition of an athlete of his level while he is still on the tour.

I don't get why the ATP are trying to still push Thiem. He got one Slam during Covid when half the draw couldn't make it, and has won nothing since. This includes 10 attempts at challenger level. Most recently he lost 6-1 6-2 to an alternate in the first round of qualifying at Monte Carlo. He has been so far from tour level for years and still gets all this promo and wildcards

@@MosselG i think he is done .. no but he said it in an interview. If he cant make it this year to top 50, he will probably retire. And to be honest he even didnt win matches at low challengers this march. And barely gets into an ATP event now. It's sad but it seems he is done with his career...
