For me it was being raised to only date “with the view of marriage.” Which simply meant that if I was dating it would obviously lead to sex one day and sex results in pregnancy and therefore just be responsible and don’t date just to date but date with sincerity and genuine good intentions. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Dating culture in Poland is not a free for all. We are old fashioned in that we have to be really really into you to date you and to date you we have to trust that you also have sincere intentions and you are not just playing around. I find pale/fair skin beautiful, South Slavs tend to stay under the sun for too long, their skin starts being orange (like Trump) after so much suntanning, which I find very unattractive... And because of the exposure to sun damage for years, they start having wrinkles, actinic keratosis, melasma and age spots.

However I was talking about some great preservatives I got from a farmers market. I said they had all sorts of flavours, Strawberry, Raspberry etc. They looked at me in horror! Whats the explanation for this?: My ex, who was a polish psychiatrist, dumped me. It was in the midst of an argument. She did not ask to see me, to break up. She blocked me everywhere. Didn’t say anything. I wouldn’t even expect a psychotic person to behave like that, especially not someone who specialises in people behavior. And that’s just the start of it. I’ve been on dates with dozens of polish women. And none have showed any integrity whatsoever. After many good dates, I texted them back and they were mutual. But then days later, they just block me out of nowhere. Even though they told me explicitly that they wanted to meet up again. And then there are a dozen who also happen to be extremely judgemental, hating foreign people and being racist toward me and all other people in my class. I’ve dated 30-40, and they have all had the exact same problem. They lack empathy. What’s the reason for that?

An interesting insight into Polish/Polska girls:-) As I've met a younger very nice Polish girl who is very friendly or should I say very Slavic. I say Slavic as I have known some Slovak girls in the past, so I know that in general they are more friendly & open. However, even though I like them I would say that I'm a bit wary of Slavic girls! I know some Slovencina & some phrases in Polish, for which I think helps:- I think that you're angielsku/english is dobre:-)

I don't know. But I think Polish girls are probably the most fashion conscious of all east Europeans similar to French and Italians. Not necessarily a bad thing. A very old proud country. You can much easier spot girl in loose jeans or sweatpants than wearing dress on the Polish street. Also much often you would see very light make up (makeup-nomakeup) or no make up at all than more apparent one. I mean in the light of every day, not at Friday night. Few years ago it was very easy to spot Ukrainian girl on the street waring full make up and heels at noon with no occasion, but now I rarely see them. Ukrainians in Poland now look almost indistiguishable from Poles (men also don't wear their typical bangs anymore), I'm only knowing it's them when I would hear them speaking.
