Thanks. Here in England, there is a large Polish community and the older women I seen are always walking young children. So this is true having as I have met Polish women. I just want my approach to go well. I would like to marry a Polish woman, as they are interested in marriage and family.

Polish women are very Family Oriented, same as the Filipino culture we are also family oriented, that most Important being close to your family, Because in some other country they are not family oriented. The best thing to get to know her. like for example you came from ah different culture. Is to get to know her family and get close so that they know you. That is the main foundation to get close to them.

About 2 hours ago I had the most awkward video date I have ever had, and it was with a Polish girl. I'm a pretty confident guy. I'm Irish so I have the gift of the gab. I can chat, laugh, smile, I'm friendly, engaging and just enjoy having a bit of a laugh. Easy going would be the best way to describe me, but very clear on my goals and aspirations. This girl was not at all like Dominika in this video, who clearly has warmth. She was so cold from the get go. I tried breaking the ice by telling her a funny story about when I was a kid getting my head stuck in the bannisters of our hall stairway, and my parents had to get a local handyman to saw me free after 2 hours. Instead of laughing at it, she entered straight into one-upmanship where she briefly said something that happened to her, and that it was far more serious than my incident. So then I asked her about her goals, values etc just to try and learn a little more about her. She told me that she was happy as she was, and didn't have any plans or goals. She then asked me about mine. So I told her about my general goals on a personal and professional level. I was just getting absolutely nothing back from her. Dreadful non-verbal communication, appearing to have zero interest being there. So I tried to sort of prompt her into talking about her interest in diet and fitness which she had clearly displayed in her texts to me, but it was like I was talking to an entirely different person. She told me she had no time to do anything like this because she had to look after her kids, and she seemed quite irritated about this. So I'm dying a death here, so I just said 'Monica, tell me about yourself. Tell me about Monica.' So she scowled, told me she couldn't answer it because it doesn't feel natural, and it felt like an interview. So at this point I just thought nah...not a chance this is going to work, so I told her it was not going to work, and she said "Yes I think so too," and we ended the call. The thing is, how in the world are we supposed to interact if she's saying nothing and asking no questions, therefore I'm the one who has to ask them. Obviously it's going to end up seeming like it's an interview by virtue of the lack of interaction on her part. I mean, why even bother have a video date if you come to the table with zero interest to engage? I wish I had recorded it. I'm not saying this is representative of Polish women by the way. The date lasted 7 minutes and will easily go down as officially my most awkward date.

... looking after her kids ... I think you cannot see her as an average polish girl, as she is "not an average polish mother"... At this stage she may really not know what she wants and what she was expecting from that date...

Do you feel things are changing in Poland? Women becoming more interested in careers and other things instead of marriage and children? And even want to be more independent, as in not wanting for the man to pay and do things for her?
@DominikaJankowski9 ай бұрын
Definitely☺️ Also I think we have way more options than our parents generation. We can travel freely, people are less religious thus less traditional. People want to do and try different things before starting a family, while I feel my parents finished school, got a job and straight to starting a family. I also think our generation thinks more about choosing a right partner and taking their time with it, while back in the day you got with someone and ‘made it work’, so unfortunately I know so many people in my parents generation in very unhappy marriages.

@@DominikaJankowski I've been to Krakow and Warsaw a few times, I find the young women very ambitious, even the students are hard working too, they're certainly not lazy. Great advice. How many children would you say is normal for a modern Polish family? In America most families are now only 1 or 2 kids, seeing someone with 3 or more is unusual. I'm going to spend at least a year in Poland, probably in early 2025. I'm hoping to meet a polish girl that wants a big family and wants to raise them instead of having a career. I understand that the economic situation means that most families have to have both parents working, but do you believe most Polish women would stay at home to focus on the family if the man had a very good job? Every American woman I meet is so eager to tell me about her career and well she's doing financially. I don't care, really I don't care. I want her to be feminine and dress up for dates, and be flirtatious. I want to get the feeling of wow, our relationship and vacations would be insane and I can't wait to have kids with her. But instead all I get is ok she's financially stabile, great, so am I. Also, I once had a date yell at me for opening the car door for her. Things have become very sad in my country.

one or zero. I don't really know why westerners think that Poland is some kind on conservative country whem women want to marriage and have kids. It is literally the same western civilization femist shit. Go to Vietnam or somthing.
@lalka_motanka5 ай бұрын
Ok 1. Usually people in Poland want 2/3 kids. However I'm not able to tell just by my experience 2. You Americans view Poland as some magical place to meet the "perfect woman", with traditional way of thinking etc. These values do not apply to every polish girl, leave stereotypes behind. 3. I'm sure that there are a lot of beautiful and family oriented women in US and you are just being to picky

I think today paying for a woman is an old tradition. If you like old traditions then get marriage arranged, make sure she is virgin and no chance for divorce. You can't demand old and new traditions when it is only beneficial to one person. Is gir really doesn't have 5 euro to pay for a brunch? Nonsence
@DominikaJankowski8 ай бұрын
Why not? Why can’t we each figure out what mix of old and new traditions works for us and find people who are compatible?☺️ If you don’t want to pay for a woman on the first date, date women who don’t want that either and everyone’s happy.

@DominikaJankowski Well, I can say similar about women. So what's then? I, for example, don't play games, no substances, I am a professional, smart, seen the world, and so on, why I must be treated badly or being someone's servant? Because other guys playing games? That's clearly female infantilism and inability to take responsibility for the reality. "I'm a little girl, do everything for me". That's what it is.
