Home loan me, Men Applicant pati loan ke hapte bhar raha ho. Aor Home loan co- Applicant patni he. Bank ne insurance dilavaya he. insurance me, men Applicant patni ko rakha he. Aor Co- Applicant me pati ( joint life) ko rakha he. Pati ki death ho jae to insurance policy claim pass hoga?

My question: Suppose Wife is primary Owner, Husband 2nd owner. Both are Joint applicants in case of loan. In between the loan period or after loan fulfillment, if divorce or in any case of dispute. Who gets the house legally.!

That's why term plan is necessary... If something happened to husband... Then no need to worry... Wife can pay whole home loan amount in single pay.. and remaining amount can be used for future

I'm just curious but nothing else condition I have faced. My question: Suppose Wife is primary Owner, Husband 2nd owner. Both are Joint applicants in case of loan. In between the loan period or after loan fulfillment, if divorce or in any case of dispute. Who gets the house legally.!!

Hi Dhiraj, I noticed you said I can take benefit of 2 lacs by deducting the home loan interest even if I am not co owner of property. Is it correct? As on another website it is written that I can't take the said benefit ifI am not co owner of the property.

My father and brother are acting as applicant and co applicant for home loan. After my father demise my brother is not able to pay the emi. Not even adding any other family member as co applicant. What action can be taken on such case.

Sir मेरा cibil स्कोर 650 है। पहले क्रेडिट कार्ड का सेटलमेंट किया था। क्या मैं अपनी wife के नाम से बैंक लोन land के लिए apply कर सकता हूं। लेकिन income proof मेरे होंगे और पेमेंट मैं करूँगा, Co- applicant बन कर। wife की कोई इनकम नही है। क्या हमें lund purchases लिए loan मिल सकता है।

I have purchased a flat whose possession still not received..it is underconstruction. In this co owner is my wife on agreement. But unfortunately my wife has expired. Now I want to remove her name from agreement. Also I have applied for BT in other bank. That Bank demanding two documents. Legal heir certificate & release deed. Please suggest how to remove her name from agreement.

Hi Dhiraj, I purchased a flat and made my father the borower and me being the co applicant. Now our terms have changed and I don't want any of his interference in this property. My financials were used but the registry is in his name and I'm paying emi's. Can I claim on this property now or is it too late?

Bhai Mera father Ka name property he. 6 years back Mera elder brother surety De kar mortgage home loan liyahe (joint home loan). Ab Mera brother lone payment Karne keliye ready nahihe. Ab Mera father total loan amount payment Karke, house sale Karna chahatahe. Lekin bank vale keharahahe ki Mera brother jaroor rehana Chahiye loan total amount payment Karne keliye. Lekin Mera brother bank ko ane keliye satarahahe. Ab ham kya Kere. Loan Pre close Karne keliye ham ready he, lekin bank vale keharahahe ki (surety person) Mera Bhai ko akar loan clear Karetohi ham loan pre close karenge.

I got married last year but mere husband and in laws bahot greedy hai money property k liye.. i am government employee sir nd abhie tak maine apne service record mai apne mother side ka hi surname rakha hua hai aur na koi marriage certificate banayi hai.... mai flat lena chahti hu house loan le kar...aur apne husband ka naam kisi bhi way mai include nhi karna chahti aur apni mother k name par lena chahti hu..toh sir kya mai le sakti hu .????? Please iska koi safe way bataiye sir ki mere husband ka naam mere property mai aaye hi na nd mai mother k name par le kar tax benefit bhi le saku.....

Sir my husband and me applied for home loan as co-applicant as he promised me like both we will be the owners,later I heared by dealing staff at Lic HFL (Kaushambi , Ghaziabad,UP )like he has no relevant income and I am a gvt employee ,So they made files like me as first applicant. Later he registered property by his name without my knowledge.after 10 days later , I realised property already registered and I saw only his name on it. Bank gave 35 lacs draft straight to him without my knowledge and he and registrars and lawyers at Ghaziabad registrar office ,Uttar Pradesh and court done that registry without my presence.So please tell me where should I complaint first and when My Emi can stop for this property.

hi sir, I was a co-borrower in my dad's loan for 2 tata Hiva and excavator and a HDB finance did not give any insurance and my dad passed away . it was 3 years loan and after he passed away I paid for 1 more year sum total paid for 2 years. sir now my business is not good and I have become a defaulter due to nonpayment of the loan . sir what can I do and be secured of it. The total amount to be paid now is 35 lakhs. please guide me.

nice explain but one question from my side that if primary holder cibil is very good but second holder cibil is not good than waht can probability to take a loan by bank or fianancial instutions.

Dear Durgesh jee I am happy to know that you have liked the video😊 If the co-applicants CIBIL is not good then the bank may sanction your loan but you may miss on the following benefits Lower rate of interest - If your co-applicant has a good CIBIL credit score, your loan application is more likely to get faster approval along with a lower rate of interest. Improved eligibility - Your eligibility for loan approval is greatly increased with a co-applicant who has a good CIBIL score. If you are a co-owner and co-applicant then you are eligible to claim the same provided if you meet the necessary criteria needed to be eligible for claiming the benefits

Yes!!!in the case where both co-owners are co-applicant too in the home loan then they both can claim tax benefit upto 7Lakhs combined as per the ratio decided

Hello chetna, Sorry for the delay! Well there'll be no issue if your mother in law joins you as a co-applicant. Bank will not be keen to check weather the co-applicant is a co-owner or not but it will definitely insist all the co-owners to be co-applicant. Hope this answers your query

If in house property ownership in the name of mother ,father & son are co- owner & Son is only earning member then in house loan only son can be applicant who have a term insurance policy also more than the total house loan.son is income tax payer.in this case parents co applicant is necessary as per bank rule?

Recently I took a home loan and added my mom as co-applicant only for PMAY subsidy. Also took an insurance on it. God forbidden if anything happens to me then the entire burden will come on my mom because she is listed as co-applicant. I agree it depends upon the insurance company whether to approve or not. So, is there anyway where my mom shouldn't b burden on it. Else, do I need to remove my mom from co-applicant 🙏🙏🙏

Hey nagesh, I acknowledge your concern but removing her as a co-applicant will not be allowed after claiming for PMAY..Insurance is the only way through which you can cover this risk..You can consider to buy a term plan (which will act as a additional cover keeping her the nominee just to be double sure about it)An online term plan will not cost u much

Hi Gaurav Thanks!!Co-owning a property can be beneficial for married couples because if one of the partner dies, the surviving spouse automatically becomes the sole owner of the house. ... However, if you want to extend this and add the person as a co-owner, the lender might be more selective about letting you do so.For term plan you may consider SBI's Smart Shield or HDFC's Click to protect.But before buying a term plan ensure that u get your need analysis done properly so that u may end up saving more money

Good afternoon sir. I have a home loan from HDFC Bank and my wife, in-laws are co-applicants for above loan.Iam a central government employee.if I got any kind of income tax exemption..my department rejected my loan statement,as there is many co applicants in this loan.what can I do,sir.thanks.

Sir agar home loan chal raha ho aur wife assure na ho future ke relation ka lekar like unfortunately kahin divorce ya husband ki demise ho jaye to waise mein agar wife chahe ke jb loan clear ho to whole property uske naam se automatically ho to uske liye kaun sa agreement banwana hoga taki wife safe side pe ho jaye aur use kisi bhi tarah ka loan repay na Krna pade. Kindly batayein mujhe. 🙏

Sir mene home lone lya tha . Property wife ke name pr thi. Or home lone mere name se h. Divorce ho sakta h. To emi pay krne me mera nuksan h . Property ke onwer wo log bane hue h. Merko home lone bharne ke lye force kr re h . To me kya kr sakta hu .? Or Property me mera investment wapis mil sakta h kya ?
