Love our Daiken system five years running. That is after four years of repeated problems with Fujitsu.

I'm using the Daiken in northern Nova Scotia. Equal billing for electricity is $196 a month plus I use about $300 in kerosene during the winter for a 950 square foot house with crappy insulation. There has to be a secondary heat source in the winter, for me. It's AC during the blow torch of August is amazing.

As A Pro I recommend the Mitsubishi product line.

A friend who runs a HVAC company has a Daikin in a part of his own house and said Daikin & Misubishi are right there neck & neck in quality. I'm gonna go with a Daikin.

I have insalled 2 Senville System in Western PA and could not be happier. Mine are the Aura series which is higher efficiency and price than the leto series in this video, but aactor in the power company rebates foor the more edfficient equipment, and it is actually same or less. The one con is that most pro installers do not want to deal with it because they are sold directly to consumers and thus they can't mark them up with profit like the others, so if you doint do it yourself. Find an open minder installer for finan charging and doign some basic rough in work myself, my total cost was about 25% of what a similar spec system from one of the well known brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu.

Anyone heard of Ouellet Olympia heat pumps? Got an estimate for a pair of the 12k models. They seem to have a good warranty and efficiency ratings but I had never heard of them.
@noutilitybill6 ай бұрын
Yes they are EXCELLENT quality.Look at the remote and you will see it is a gree remote and so this unit is a rebranded gree,the largest manufacturer in the world.Most mini splits (almost all) are made with parts from gree.if you buy the arctic series for cold weather you have the best unit compared to what's been listed here

It is a gree unit excellent quality look at the remote you will see what I mean.that pellet Olympia is better than what is mentioned.Gree is largest manufacturer of mini splits in the world

Hmm... Intro is very insightful. "Heat during the winter, cool air during the summer." I have to watch the entire video now. I'm sure more wise insights will follow.

CHINESE JUNK... less the daiken... the best minisplits on the planet is Mitsubishi and fujitshu... the kings of the hill
@ryanhamstra492 жыл бұрын
Issue with Fujitsu is their tech support is the worst tech support I’ve ever used. Daikin and Mitsubishi are great, but I find daikin easier to install personally.

@@ryanhamstra49 then I guess your the only one with fujitshu issues
@ryanhamstra492 жыл бұрын
@@Blitzkrieg.u812 I mean, their equipment is fine. I wouldn’t say I’ve had any more issues from them then from daikin or Mitsubishi. But when I have had issues their tech support is worse than useless.

@@ryanhamstra49 you are not using the fujitshu tech portal... I am registered with fujitshu and many others .. I am also a diamond dealer for fujitshu and mitsubishi.. I get first priority
@ryanhamstra492 жыл бұрын
Lucky you. We are daikin dealers and we use Gensco tech for Mitsubishi. I rarely have issues with any of them though, I would have no issue putting any of them in my own place, other than I’m not a fan of the look of the Fujitsu heads, but that’s just personal opinion.

If you don't have a leg to stand on, slithering may be your best option. That and earning commissions at Amazon off cheap import crap.

No they do not. What you had was a bad installer who didn't braze the a/c lines correctly.
