Seeing several new car lots with predominately silver, white, and black vehicles reminds me of watching black and white TV as a kid growing up in the 50s and 60s...It would be so refreshing to see the different greens, blues, and red colors mixed in with them.

Last year, I purchased a used 2018 'Premium' Lexus RX 350. With the 'Premium' editions, the individual options, are all different (dependent on what the original owner, had ordered from the factory). For instance.....My Lexus, does NOT have GPS maps, sensors in the bumpers for parking, the hand over the hatch badge lift, and other options, that you would think, would be standard on a Luxury SUV, at the price range that they are. You really have to do your due-diligence/homework, when purchasing a used Lexus RX 350.

The upgrade package is definitely worth it. Got it last week. Not the F sport but has pretty much everything except sport gauge cluster, aluminum gas/brake panels, and grill. Has everything else

just picked up a 2018 Rx350 luxery edition and love it to death. i sat in it for 2 hours just listening to the 15 speaker stereo system and holy cow! superb. traded in my 2017 tacoma off road and what a night and day difference, lol. had 24000 miles on it and picked it up for 39500$. compaired to 60000$ new.

This vid is great. More than that, the advice given about providing solutions as opposed to chasing sales is over the top brilliant. I for one, knew that; not because I am so smart, but because I was taught early on in my career, the importance of imparting VALUE to the customer in a way that make the purchase a forgone and logical conclusion. This is one smart guy. If you sell cars, I would carefully consider his advice.

I’m into my 3rd RX hybrid sports luxury and again I’m in love. Sonic quartz with two tone brown interior. Yummy! The only downfall with the 2011 was the slippery leather seats, others ladies agree we had to keep pushing ourselves slightly back into position after hard turns and hard braking. Weird but true. 2007 & 2016 had phenomenal seats.

I bought the NX a few months ago with nebula gray exterior and creme nuluxe interior. Every person that gets in it compliments how soft the seats are and how the "leather" is so nice. I think you talked about that in your NX video. I was thinking I may upgrade to the RX in a couple years, but I don't know Im really happy with my NX.

Hey, I like the RX 350 and mine is one of those sent as used vehicle to Africa. How do confirm if it actually a 2019 model. On the driver side door it is written 2019. Is there any other way of knowing. I have some other questions I will just for answer on this one. Thanks

Excellent advice at the end. I looked at Prius' before going with a _beautiful_ new Lexus ES300h hybrid. The problem at the Toyota place was I asked the guy to track down the exact vehicle I wanted to buy, and he never got back to me. If he had done so especially in a *TIMELY* manner, I might have never ventured over to the Lexus dealership. I went to Lexus to check out a CT200h, and my incredible salesman understood how important the 40 mpg was to us, and demonstrated just how much the ES was a huge jump in luxury and smooth ride up form the CT. We went with the ES and love it. BTW it's in Nebula Gray Pearl which looks a. mazing.

Wish you were the rep that helped my sister in her past 2 leases at Lexus. In my region of nj they are so shady and usually use Msrp as bait to then give you a totally different #. We went out of state to get rx but left w the Gx for less monthly payments. If you go in w $ or check they seem like they don’t wish to help you much cause they want you to finance from them. A good dealership rep and mgr are rare

Just bought an RX 350 this weekend. Being a previous owner, I knew just what I couldn't live without. And you are so right, about knowing your product. My SA was still there after 10 years and he knows Lexus well. I didn't care for the ambient lighting (although it looked BEAUTIFUL on my SRX), panoramic sunroof, or Upgraded sound system (just not needed period). I DID have to have the 12 in Navigation Screen, 20 in wheels, they ADDED the illuminated door sills, and got super lucky the vehicle came equipped with heating and cooling ventilated seats (TX), heating steering (not needed but oh well), and AWD. You are right about not having to have either because of the remote start!! Sticker price $54,849 and bought it for $51, 190. (other extras touch free power rear door, premium pkg). This is the best informative video!
