Yes yes yes at long last someone has done an in depth review on golf gloves 👏👏, I have a pair of rain gloves in my bag at all times and I carry one leather glove that I’m currently wearing and two new one to be on the safe side, I also have one used leather glove that I wear on the range and once the one in currently gaming wears out than that then becomes my next range glove. I didn’t know about the GTX glove for the summer which I will now purchase for the summer because my hands do sweat and it annoys because it ruins the leather glove although last summer I did try wearing the rain glove which did help. Awesome video Gaz and congratulations on reaching 10k subscribers (definitely deserved) and also happy new year

I have 4 styles plus all my gloves are in Ziplock bags. Also try Rawlings leather baseball gloves. I've worn them in the Hot humid conditions when everything slips, and days that are cold, but not cold enough for winter gloves. They have more feel.

good points. I have two types of gloves, footjoy weathersofs for general use and a pair of rain grip gloves for rainy days and most winter rounds where everything is damp even if it 's not raining. I find these are fine when its cold as both hands are gloved. On the rare really cold day I have a pair of mittens and an electric hand warmer. Always been too tight to buy a top quality glove but perhaps i will take your advice and get one and save it for comps

2.5 sets of gloves in my bag. 1) main glove is a Bionic Stable Grip. It has extra material in the fingers to promote a good grip. 2) FootJoy Rain gloves. Never play in the rain without them. 2.5) range glove is an older Bionic glove that is almost done. When it wears out, I rotate in the current main glove and buy a new main glove. Good point about glove sizes. Once I realized I needed cadet size, my gloves fit so much better. Great video. Happy New Year!🎉🥳🥂

Hi Gary, Happy New Year. Coming from tropical Queensland Australia I don’t have the need of the Wintersof but after watching this I’ll definitely consider using the weathersof as I do practice a lot. I do carry a traditional leather glove for normal use but two years ago started carrying a pair of rain gloves which I’ve been so thankful for as they really do prevent the club turning in the hands. It actually surprised me recently in our midweek comp when hit by a sudden storm, I was the only one in the group to pull out a pair of rain gloves and continue on without drama. All the best for 2022 and keep the varied content coming 👍🏻🇦🇺

Depends for me.. I've got loads of gloves! But thats because as a noob with an awful grip I tend to wear through them too quickly. lol. Started off with a Taylormade Stratus which wore on the heel of the palm. Then a Wilson Staff one (probably synthetic) which still looks new to this day! Got a set of GX gloves ( first set were awful! They kindly sent me another batch which are better but the sizes are way off). I keep going back to the Wilson tbh. But I like the feel of a cabretta glove. For winter I just have a pair of UnderArmour winter golf gloves. They do well in the cold but not in the wet. Thankfully I avoid playing in the wet so not an issue

Nice round-up, Gaz. I often buy Srixon Z Cabretta gloves, which are often about $13-$14 USD here. Can't see any benefit to spending the extra 6 or 8 bucks on FJ or Titleist leather. They're super soft, fit great, and fairly durable. I never considered a "beater" range glove just for practice. That's a good thought. I have FJ rain gloves, and during the summer here in the South (Nashville, TN) when it gets really steamy, I will sometimes use the left rain glove just to absorb sweat. The FJ winter gloves are too thin and pretty useless to me. I just got some regular winter gloves that are pretty thick. When it's really cold they do double duty, absorbing the shock of those low-groove thin iron shots!

Happy new year Gary. I have a pair of gloves in winter. Can’t be bothered with mittens I would be frightened of loosing them. I like the gloves that I can use with my phone. I could get into a long conversation with you over this but... Simple reasons people buy cheap balls and gloves...from my perspective...14 handicap Balls get lost alot and it gets expensive and frustrating quickly when each ball is £3.50...gloves wear and rip reasonably quickly because the way people grip the club is normally wrong so people don't want to spend £15-£20 on something they feel will only last a few months...

A golf pro in his shop recommending 20 handicap golfers that they need five gloves, do me a favour he’s a salesman thinking about his commission fee, it doesn’t make any difference to 99 % of golfers if they wear a glove or not 👍

Good spot on the pun, first time ever 👍 but you should sell your “5-gloves-for-100-quid” combo on something called the internet, you’d have be able to buy ya mate, James Robinson’s Porsche 😩😩

Not a review... just an ad for FJ. a review is a comparison of other brands. this is just selling inventory
