Please make videos of 2-3 mins areawise like DSO, DLRC, Dubailand, Furjan JVC etc, where apartments which are getting handover in 2025 and good units are available for mortgage with down payment facility and minimum salary required for buying studio 1,2,3 bhk in those projects. Apartment service charges and EMI calculation must be shared in the video to appeal to the working class of Dubai. Similar for townhouses one can make a video of 2-3 minutes. This will make all the working class families in UAE millionaires in the next 15-20yrs and a city of networth millionaire residents and families

Al jadaf looks growing area. Very good infrastructure including metro. Options of 1bhk around 950k AED . How you rate that area for apartment?

Children city , jaddaf waterfront park , Jameel art center , biggest library around , very close and nice access to festival city and creek harbor… lot of things already developed. Once DEWA building starts scope would be higher. 👍

I would say the upcoming ones; these mainly have lot of potentials and are going with the vision 2040.
