All good points. One extra rule: don't waste time on small-talk. She's a woman. You are a man. You met for a reason. Boldly get to the point about what you're after and have to offer. This is mostly for your own self-defense as well. You don't want your time wasted, or wasting hers, or open the door for manipulation or miscommunication. You want to talk about things that put her in the mood, like love, attraction, good feelings, butterflies, excitement, anticipation, etc. How you convey this is up to you. I would say you could get her to the hotel first time ONLY IF it's going extremely well. That will obviously not always be the case, and sometimes women need a few days at home alone to think of you and fall in love and start to miss you before deciding that they want to see you again. Falling in love usually happens when the object of desire isn't around and you get stuck ruminating on them. Actually this is one thing I talk to women about which actually primes them to do just that.
