I think I would have tried some flex hose first. Plastic weld is something everyone should learn. But it does make that section more brittle. Jim's Can Am is fixed. He's going up this week to get it. Now he just needs some time to ride. It's summer and he's very busy at the shop.

Whole idea was to not spend any money on it and I had the old intake pipe to use, otherwise I probably would've put the XMR exhaust in there. Thanks Man!

What is the goal of this? I don't see anything wrong with the factory setup of the clutch vent?

Was trying to get the exhaust up a little higher for deeper water. Water can get into the clutch through the exhaust pipe and your clutch can get wet. There's a raising kit that you can actually get to raise it to the consol but money and a lot more work.
