If there is a "rare" plant you can't find from a reputable domestic dealer there might just be a reason. I grew out of keeping plants that are two leaves, pest magnets, turn crispy if they aren't checked in on daily.

Yes 100% tbh I feel like a lot of domestic growers have interesting rare plants - I don’t find a need to get rare plants imported
