It's really true. I am a man and I train running. I have always had pain in my pelvic area and only after so many years after several attempts at rehabilitation on my own did I go to a physiotherapist AND he would recommend this type of exercise. It really works! For me it is amazing

I must confess that the 1st day i tried this, i had real pain all over the body. i could feel my whole body shacking from the inside. i slept from 8: 00 am to about 1:30 pm due to fatigue. But am not giving up with the exercices. i need to see good result from this hard work. thank u for sharing my dear sister.

Please use proper body alignment and turn out when necessary. Seen too many individuals improper body alignment trying to get big booties, hurting knees and hips and ankles. Roll down through spine and up through spine. If you want this to really work try floor Barre. Pilates is amazing and can teach proper technique
