Despite not going "Cooking with Jerry", haha, this video has a rich menu of superlative scenery ,sun, snow, mud baths, ice baths, rope dangles and finishing up with a new signature dish, Ärizona Grilled Cheese". I had to stop the vid lots to have another look at the staccato of rock features, particularly the double arch at 3.21. At 6.16 it appears if the stern is held up by duct tape, haha. Rolled into the middle of this wrap is the message to the flock. Wise words Jerry, the hourglass waits for no one. Best wishes to you Mr and Mrs Arizona for 2024 and your speedy recovery.

Your video editing never ceases to amaze me! Another excellent production, not to mention the stunning scenery from all the hiking adventures! Wow! And you are so right…our time here is so precious and valuable. And after five plus years of serious back issues, I have regained much of my health again and plan to make the most of it with the time I have. My back won’t allow me to do multi-day back-country hikes (with a heavy backpack) now, but I am traveling to Spain in April 2024 to walk the Camino Frances…from the French Pyrenees to the end of the world (Finisterre)….all 600+ miles over a 60 day walk. It will be a celebration of health and happiness! Thank you, Jerry and Tina, for taking us along on your adventures and challenging us to get outside and experience the great outdoors! Peace be with you.

We're heading back out soon and hopefully I can crank out some videos in the weeks before surgery. And I already have a bunch of easier stuff planned for the initial recovery. Oh Jerry, how you and Tina make my wife and I laugh. And your videos genuinely inspire us to get out and see the beautiful outdoors, especially the western United States. Parts of this video look very familiar as we’ve visited several of the same places recently. You’re so right about time just slipping away if you let it. Thank you. I grew up in Illinois. The struggle to find hiking spots out there in the midwest is real. Definitely prefer living out here in AZ. And Angel's was absolutely epic in those conditions. That trip may have been a once in a lifetime. Just right place, right time.

Still waiting on my surgery date.....Finally got it scheduled, then pulled in due to someone's cancellation. Can't get it done fast enough. In the meantime, I'm taking it easy and trying to not tear the thing completely loose. And I agree. Hopefully 2024 is better to all of us.

Thank you! That hike was one of the most incredible hikes I've done. Even just driving through Zion in that showstorm was mind blowing. Wasn't that bad with micro spikes, honestly. Just that one bit at the beginning of the chain section.
